If I could rate 0 stars I would!! So rude and very unprofessional. Finance “supervisor” JAMIE was so rude and disgusting towards me. Company was never clear on what GAP insurance covers when I purchased it I was in an accident and after my insurance covered majority of loan and gap only needed to cover less than 1k I was told it would. A rep where I was buying a new car from called to verify and they said my bal would be at 0 a day after I bought a new car I got a call stating I owe them $867 and gap wouldn’t cover it. I agreed to pay it and was advised to wait a couple days until check from insurance arrives that it may accrue some interest “but only a couple cents” as Jamie stated I got a call back 3 days later by pay off balance jumped to $910 with a processing fee!! It’s outrageous in the middle of a pandemic !! When people are struggling as it is I’m trying to make ends meet and these scammers are haggling me for almost a thousand dollars !! I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE they need to be shut down !!

Do not use this company! They live track every move you make with the GPS in your car. They call places of business demanding to know why your vehicle is there even if you are current on your loan and insurance! No joke. They called an auto repair shop several times demanding to know why my car was there every time it was there! Makes you wonder who else they are calling.

They will harass you worse than a TM. you can make a payment arrangement for 5 days and they will call and email you every day as if you didn't speak to anyone about your payment and then recommend you dont make the payment online...WTF is that about? . Then the next one will call you for a friendly reminder and then call you every day after that. I cant wait for this loan to be over.

Got ripped off never again way over priced complete loss

My wife and a I financed a car with them in September due to bad credit. We have made On Time weekly payments since then, and just found out we have 'A' credit and can refinance and buy a house!!! Mission Accomplished!!! Great company, IF U pay On Time!

Very upset with this loan company, this is the 3rd month in a row I’ve had an issue with this company, first they returned my automatic payment for no reason but only returned a portion of the payment and keeping the rest and then call me 10 days later to tell me payment was late and there was a fee and raised my APR, called them to rectify the problem, everything was fine, second month again call me say payment was returned, call them to fix it yet again, then this month, I changed my card and updated the info on the account, yet again they call me saying payment didn’t go threw, here they had the wrong card # for whatever reason so I give them new card # and then today they call me to say payment was returned yet again!! I’m tired of them taking my money and returning portions of it and then charging me late fees for no reason!! The payment was taken automatically!!! I’ve about had it with this company, I want out of my loan

This company is great. When you need a auto loan they stand behind you and help you , all you have to do is communicate with them. They have helped me tremendously I THANK THEM SO MUCH

To give them 1 stars is to be extremely generous. These guys are a joke. Absolute animals.

Terrible people to get a car loan from. Can't wait to get out of this loan with them.
