Even though this is the closest branch to me it was okay since I had three other places to be in the area anyway. They were fast and friendly, helpful as always and I never really had any problems with any TD Bank when inside. I do wish we had a few branches more close than driving down the Parkway two exits but that's life. These was one by me, it's still on the site so bad TD Corporation. I mean the bank is literally gone, sign is down and besides knowing the building its just gone. My biggest issue is that lack of presence in the area. That is most annoying but my recent experience was good as always.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES ! WAITING 40 MINUTES AND STILL NO HELP.WOMEN IS ON A CONFERENCE CALL WHILE 4 PEOPLE WAITING. GENTLEMEN JUST LEFT THAT WANTED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH 20,000$ SUPER POOR MANAGEMENT!

Needed to speak with bank person. We arrived at 11:15am This branch has at least 10 desks. 4 people working desks, two agents talking to customers others alone at desk, 7 customers waiting. The world's ( not close to) most convenient bank- to address their motto.. What a joke.....terrible customer " care"

Huge location. Simply enormous. Like every TD, they are so helpful. Open Sundays. Several drive thru lanes.

Awful customer service. Every time I come here I wait at lease 15 to 20 minutes for service through the drive-thru. Absolutely worst experience at this TD location and there are NO excuses because they have the most lanes. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this branch, ever!

I needed help in an emergency situation where I did not expect any remedy. I met Laila Faheem. She was courteous and within minutes solved my situation. I could not believe it! Some people are good at their job; she was outstanding!

Woman with French accent at customer service was very rude and not helpful. Unfortunately, I could not see her name. She was not wearing her name tag. She should not deal with customers who bring business to this bank.

The absolute worst TD location, teller "Melissa" at the drive thru refused to cash check after she had me wait 30 mins "to verify with my job" about the check, and the proceeded to tell me she didn't have to cash the check because she didn't like how she was spoken to, she is by far the worst teller I have ever came across and definitely needs a different profession if she thinks she is that high and mighty to treat customers however she feels like that day. Will be calling the corporate office as well...

I was shown profound compassion when I had to go into TD to take out money for my 31 year old brother's funeral. I had just finished getting clothes for my brother at the mall and I had about 10 minutes to get the money and the clothes to the funeral home before they closed for the day. The teller was wrapped up in a complicated situation with a customer so after waiting as long as I could, I approached a man at a desk and told him my situation. He IMMEDIATELY got to work to help me and personally went into the vault to get my withdraw. While I waited for him in the lobby, the manager came up to me, looked me in my eyes and gave me her deepest condolences. She asked me questions about my brother's passing in such a way that I truly felt like she was sharing my grief and not being invasive. She gave me tissues and told me her name, which I unfortunately forget now (perhaps Alia?) and told me they were there if I ever need anytning. I was in such a raw state of grief and could barely keep my knees from buckling. I could have been treated with impatience and indifference, instead I was shown tenderness and compassion. Thank you to both TD employees who helped me that day. Your kindness will stay with me for the rest of my life. Kiannah
