    2 hour wait to get all my money out and close my account. I closed my account at a $0 balance but they didn’t actually close my account. Threatening me with collections when I called to inquire about the situation.

    I would like to give 5 stars as when I personally go to the bank, the folks are great BUT when I try to call, no one ever answers the one and only phone number!!! I let it ring forever and no one answers!
