This teller Karen is a real racist, miss treats any African American or Hispanic but clearly is polite to white people. Amazing the bank allows this.

I recently moved and this branch is the closest. That being said, I’m changing banks. The staff is friendly and helpful but severely understaffed and it takes FOREVER to complete simple transactions. Not to mention the exterior isn’t well kept, ie; duct taped signs on exterior, trash in parking lot, neglected landscaping and poorly lit parking lot.

I would have given this establishment zero stars if it was an option. I have been a client of Chase for 23 years. I recently went to this location and was treated so rudely by one of the tellers named Karen. I don’t know if this was because I am Hispanic or for any other reason but this is completely unacceptable. I called the location 10+ times to talk to the manager about this incident, but this location apparently does not answer their phones.

Craig is amazing! He is so knowledgeable about all the different options I have with my banking needs and always greets me with a smile every time I come in. I drive out of my way to this Chase because of the level of service I receive from Craig. He's an amazing asset you have!

While looking for a bank in the area where I plan to relocate, I did some research on your banks' investments and was disappointed to see that you heavily invest in the fossil fuel industry. This is disappointing in this time of crisis. While I can look forward to some progress in mitigating the COVID19 crisis, the most serious issue of our time is that of climate change. There will be no change in that until companies such as yours withdraw your support for the unsupportable damage being done to our environment. I can only offer you the lowest rating of one star and hope that this may in some small way be paid attention to........

Too often we go in business lane and wait 15-20 min at drive thru. They should cancel it all together since there is not enough staff to help customers.

Pamela Byrd is amazing! Always so professional and actually tries her best unlike so many bankers. Very happy to leave usually, especially when she is here. Im old school young kid who likes face to face business still, and she is a breath of fresh air. Thank you

I will start this review off by saying I love chase and have been a loyal customer for 4 years with no issues. Experience at this location today was a let down, went in for a simple question on my account, waited 15 minutes with multiple associates look and say nothing, had one account manager working. Would have been a littler more easing had someone acknowledged the customers waiting lol. Overall this is not a review of chase itself but this individual branch.

Be very aware of this banks policies, just found out my account was hacked and $4800 was stolen. This began in January of 2017. The banks policy is they will reimburse their customers for 2 months only. This leaves me out of pocket for over $4700 . This all began with one of their $300 promotions sent in the mail. Do your self a favor throw their flyers in the trash and find a real bank that provides customer service with no excuses. The old saying is very true if it sounds too good there must be a catch.
