TD Bank Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville

I’ve banked with this particular branch of TD Bank for many years (personal as well as my businesses—Crockett Doodles and Castle Crates). Their team is outstanding. Very friendly, always greet me by name, and often have a special treat/toy for my kids. They truly make banking a pleasure, and I highly recommend them.

It has to be difficult to make banking fun, but this location does it. Everyone here is so nice and lively. They always have different promotions going on to make it feel more like family and less like business. Best TD location in Greenville.

Would'nt have given one star, if it wasn't necessary in order to process a review. I am not quite sure what's the issue at this branch..everytime I visit, they treat me like a criminal trying to get my own money..no other branch ever ask me for id.. I just use my debit card for transactions needed..I was a customer of Carolina First over 40 years..this branch always question the name on my account, compared to my card..ask for id...I rarely go inside any branch..however expect to be treated the same..when I tell them no other branch does this..they don't say anything..I truly wish I had gotten the clerk's name..for I went to another branch..none of this occurred, and they stated...they didn't know why the other clerk requested..for it was not necessary.. Come on people..train your employees..not enough space for card..seriously.. My card was under fraud alert four times in one month..I will be closing my account..I've had enough.. will transfer money to one of my other banks.. Competition too great to be disrespected, about my own cash..with a tone as if I held no importance, or was a non factor..

The staff here is the best! And my kid won’t let me go to any other branch! They make our day every time we stop in to do our banking

They closed my bank account for absolutely no reason at all and didn’t even have the decency to tell me why they had me running back and fourth for weeks and I provided them everything they asked for regarding my legit business . I was falsely accused of fraud. Do not bank with TD bank the worst bank ever they do not care about their customers

BEWARE! I am not one to do reviews, however I have to let others be aware of how the manager J.T. of TD bank on Wade Hampton Blvd treats his customers and how he steels from them. By charging overdraft fees incorrectly, then he sits with you addresses the situation and tells you he will take care of the situation personally, apologizing for the mistakes of TD and his staff. Just to have you wait weeks, to give you back nothing but excuses and time wasted. The absolute worst banking experience, makes me feel, the last place my money is safe is the bank!

I go to this branch even though it's furthest away for me. I usually have my toddler with me, and they always are so friendly to her and usually give her one of the TD goodies (crayons, bubbles, etc.) Outstanding customer service!

The associate who helped me was very friendly and helpful but the services offered by TD are not great

Professional, helpful, friendly, always a pleasant exchange when I need to drop by to take care of business. They are quick too!
