I walked into Greenville federal credit union not sure about getting a loan and immediately I was introduced to Samantha who turned out to be a angel!!! Let me start by saying she's the best!!! She's very professional, and works hard to get things done. I had SEVERAL bad experiences while car shopping and every time that I was forced to come back to the office for either a loan increase or change of vehicle Samantha didn't hesitate to come to my rescue!! If you're looking for a loan for whatever reason please, please please go to Greenville Federal credit union and see Samantha Telsrow She's the best!!!

Leading specialist Tooley was amazing and very professional he helped me get the best deal refinancing my vehicle, and was very fast. He helped me save 200 dollars a month. He went beyond he even had to! I would highly recommend anyone to come see him!

I've been banking with the GFCU for over 30 years. During all these years, I've always received exceptional service!!!! Today, 6/27/22, I applied for a personal loan. Heidiann Paulus Duru assisted me in processing my loan. I assumed it would take several days before I would know anything. Even with me making a mistake when signing the on-line documents, the entire process was completed in a couple of hours. Heidi never lost her patience and always treated me with the utmost respect!!!! It is seldom l find this high quality professionalism in the world today! Though I am not a million dollar customer, Heidi treated me as such!!!! Thank you GFCU for selecting employees like Heidi that truly care about their customers!!!!

Joining a credit union can prove to be slightly more challenging than joining a "normal" bank since customers have to meet certain requirements in order to become members. Despite having such requirements, GFCU (Greenville Federal Credit Union) is a GREAT financial institution that values its customers and treats them like family. GFCU has an amazing staff that will provide the HIGHEST level of customer service; in my case, member specialist Thomora Mosely treated me with kindness and humanity, and was able to answer all of my questions and solve all of my issues. If you are not banking woth GFCU, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS--they deserve ZERO stars. HORRIBLE service, rude, ignorant employees and infuriating, questionable tactics. I made the awful mistake of obtaining a mortgage through these liars and it is truly one of the biggest regrets of my life. For years now I have had the displeasure of dealing with Courtney, Anesa, Stephanie, and numerous other rude, incompetent employees. And if you think Paul Hughes (President) cares, he must only care about the money he is making b/c he clearly doesn't care about how badly his customers are treated or how they're ripped off by his employees, most of whom don't seem to know what is going on with their own products, services, rules, etc., but they will sure give you plenty of attitude nonetheless. And whatever you do, do NOT open a checking or savings account here---they will take your money and do with what they please, without any notification to you (because thieves generally don't give notice) and if you need help, forget about it---helping is the last thing they care to do here. They'd sooner sell you another questionable, shoddy product than help you correct the issues they caused in the first place. I don't say this lightly, but I truly do HATE GFCU.

I give Nisha Talley A+ for customer service, she is always a great help. Greenville Credit Union offers the best interest rates in town. Thank you Nisha!!

Satisfied as usual with GFCU. Corynn, Anesa and Courtney communicated flawlessly from start to finish with my complex refinance process. In the past I trusted my banking with the global banking vendors out there but no more.

Love Whitney, so personable. Brought our son in and she made sure he had coloring books, crayons and even taught us all about Clark the mascot while I sent out a wire. A+

Mr. Robert Tooley went above and beyond to help us purchase a vehicle for our daughter. The interest rates were also great. Robert actually helped us get a higher trade in value for our current vehicle. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle give Robert a shout. He was very prompt, courteous and knows the market for purchasing vehicles.

We opened a savings account here with our daughter. We did not come in and make any deposits during the pandemic and came in today to make a deposit only to find they had charged over $70 in dormant fees... on a child's savings account.

Quick response I got in last night and got into the app and this morning I received a phone call from the loan officer Chris Tooley and got a complete walkthrough from how to fill the documents to completing the process all in one simple intuitive call. I am appreciative for someone who takes the time to do it right and make sure I understand what I am doing.
