I don’t like to give bad reviews but from a professional perspective dealing with another professional entity the service is pure trash! I would not advise banking with this organization from a business perspective because there is no interest in resolving your banking concerns. The Clinton location never answers the phone, they screen calls ( I literally called myself at least five times went to the Bowie location and asked one of the reps to call the Clinton location and they literally picked up the phone), they deposited 15k of someone else’s money onto my loan , my loan rep never returns calls and literally told another another manager at the laurel location that I was difficult to deal with …….. excuse me when you are sitting on on hundreds of thousands of my money Using it to invest on the stock market, and then treat me like trash have no interest in vesting in your company. I also had fraud on my account and had someone write a check for $9999 that did not even match my signature and they allow the check to clear without calling me or questioning the signature. Then they had a nerve to make me wait a month to be reimbursed after doing an investigation for something that clearly was not a signature of mine. The operations is very careless with a major lack of attention to detail.I am taking my business elsewhere! I want to give a special shout out to Kevin at the Clinton location he has gone above and beyond his call of duty as a banking individual to accommodate and service me as a banking customer.

After Hours card swiped doesn't work I try telling the manager who refuses to open the door and sends me around to the drive thru. Incredible lazy and super ghetto staff. Lost a card here too and needed a replacement with the same number. The card was made but they never called me and when I did they act as if I don't know what I'm talking about. This branch needs to be closed. If you want REAL customer service from a bank you literally have to go to downtown DC

These days all other banks are giving appointment but Mr Jaheel took care of us soon after we walked in and open our bank accounts right away we are very much impressed from the service he provided. Thank you Mr Jaheel

I recently stopped inside on to open up a savings account only to have my information ran instead for their credit card. I was in disbelief because I had clearly informed the representative that I did not wish to apply for their credit card even though it notified him that I pre-qualified-- which he kept insisting on. I have been told repeatedly that their manager will call me to address this matter with no call back and it has been over a week now. Poor customer service. Beware of Mohammed, due to my experience I feel he needs training. I am so disappointed because I am at a time where I guard having any credit inquiries because I recently purchased a car.

This location needs revamping, restaffing or to be wrecked. My daughter has an account here and they DID NOT do their due diligence when depositing a check FROM GEICO (<--You KNOW they aren't bouncing checks any time soon) into her account. They did, howeve,r advise her that $100 was available immediately and the rest would be made available upon clearing. So, she went on with her life and made a small purchase with what little money she had available. Well, because they did not do their job correctly and verify funds from the issuing bank, my daughter's account went into arrears when she spent $20 of her own money!! So we had to go BACK IN PERSON just to get this rectified. We definitely went to Alexandria to do this where the customer service is ON POINT and the people there use the education they were given and the good sense God gave them to be experts in customer service. To the Clinton location, I say... DO BETTER. You only got ONE star because I had to leave a star just to leave a review. But the actual rating MINUS FIVE stars. Better yet, just throw the whole damn branch away!!

We have banked with TD for over 5 years, and there wasn’t much they did for our small business. We used all of our own capital to grow the business and they offered little assistance. Truly disappointing to be with a bank for so long and they not offer any services to help our company grow. We decided to go to other banks with the same tax returns and paperwork we submitted to TD, and we were able to get a substantial amount of capital from other banks before we even deposited a dime. Bad customer service, poor communication, and a true lack of understanding of the community they are suppose to be serving.

Two tellers with separate lines and there’s a single file line. There’s a man that walked the line from the rear forward asking to assist others and walks away without asking me what I was here for. The teller was nice but the bank charges $10 to cash a personal check if you don’t have an account. The guy walking the line could’ve informed me of that if he would’ve approached me.

One of the worst TD Bank Stores. The bank manager will simply ignore the crowd. She will not offer any assistance or allocate additional staff to meet the demands. In drive through and inside expect to wait more than 30 minutes for assistance. This the only branch that is this bad even though it has more staff than all my other banks.

Went here like 2 weeks ago and I received Immaculate service! Not my regular bank, However, Quadon helped me as soon as I entered the door! Keep up the good work.

I love having this bank. Their hours are longer than most banks, they don't charge an expensive overdraft fee. The limit you have to have in your account is low. They can give you dog treats to take home to your dog (if you have one) as well as lollipops for you. Each time I go everyone is friendly, and I love their ATM. Its indoor, locked after hours (and you use your bank card to open the door.) ATM is 24 hours always.
