TD Bank Franklin Ave, Nutley

I have been a TD customer for over 20 years and this store used to be great. They made a complete staff change during the pandemic and it has become the worst store I have ever been to. Now I am just trying to make a simple telephone call to ask a question and they keep picking up and immediately hanging up. The average person these days don't have time for nonsense! Every time I go there, they are completely understaffed. TD correct this situation, I'm sure the general employees don't appreciate being bombarded either!

girl behind desk told me she couldn’t give me a new card and had to wait for the other representatives cause she had somebody waiting in line after me. when i have gotten cards from the front desk plenty of times. i don’t have time for my bank to lie to me and be lazy.

Drive thru ATM wouldn't give me $80, which is a factor of$20. Went to the lobby ATM and had same issue. Tried again with the $100 button choice and it gave me that. If it would yield $100, why not $80. Smh... Bank somewhere else

I've been a big fan of TD and have accounts at other branches for years. I am a big fan of their services and love the stores. This one os not one I will return to. The staff was polite but not knowledgeable. It took 45 minutes to replace my ATM card. And it took 3 people to figure it out... I did the same process at another branch in under 5 minutes. The lines are extremely long and people look overworked like zombies.

Most inconvenient bank - which kind of goes against their so called motto. NEVER answer the phone, ever. If you don’t believe me, try calling and seeing if they pick up. Completely understaffed, which to their defense is not any of the staffs fault. The corporate practices of TD absolutely infuriated me. Every one of their banks have become understaffed. Will never go to this location again.

Not one to write reviews but I have been coming to this TD Bank for at least a year and this one out of all the others in the area is always the slowest and most understaffed. I do not blame the workers but management should do better. I've waited up to 30 minutes in the drive through to be helped and it's not much better when you go inside which is why I might as well stay in my car and have the radio.

Horrible. First everyone was rude. Second I was there trying to get a new debit card due to a purchase being made that was fraudulent. The girl that helped me closed the WRONG card. She closed my PERSONAL checking account card AND my Joint account card. She didn’t understand and didnt ask to verify. Now I have to wait 10+ days to get a new card in the mail. They dont even answer the phones EVER. Worst location I ever been too. Horrible service. Incompetent employees. TD bank on Kingsland ave in Nutley is far superior.

Been banking with TD for some years. Customer service is impeccable and I feel so welcomed every time I go in to bank or even over the phone. Bernita Mims-Harewood makes a point to make sure I am always satisfied.

I’v been banking with TD for over 5 years and I have never received great customer services like how I got from the Nutley branch. The employees are super friendly and nice and helpful. The manager Mrs Bernita Mims-Harewood was extremely help she went out of her way to make sure I was taking care of. I highly recommend this branch. It’s my new personal favorite.

Management is terrible. Still waiting for a call back from Bernita Mims-Haerwood after a month. Sent her emails without any response called several times, was told she was busy. I have banked with TD for several years and dealing with this bank has me completely reconsidering another bank.
