Guardian Title Centre St, Nutley

Waiting for a refund of a double tax payment for over 30 days and counting. County says it takes 10 weeks and Guardian kept saying they submitted the paperwork, yet the county didn't have it until this week! Very unprofessional. Would never use them or refer them to anyone. Stay clear!!

I have been using Guardian Title for over 5 years now for all my investment properties purchases. They are a very important part of my sale process. The best part of using them is having access to the owner (Ken) who is hands on ! Very hard to find these days. Excellent service & available at all times. Very highly recommended

Guardian Title came to my wife's place of business when she couldn't break away to close on our refinance. They were very responsive every step of the way and we appreciated their guidance when questions arose.

The owner is incredibly unprofessional. Out mutual long-time Client wanted to use them for Title again and they ignored his file for a week because his attorney did not answer, even though my Client stressed the Title order was urgent. Tried to get the owner on the phone to iron it out, Once we got the owner on the phone, he says he has a "new" policy that he wants whoever is ordering Title to pay for the searches up front, because "he gets screwed" Did not tell any of his staff to explain that. I told him it's not good customer service and he hung up on me and his long-time Client. Disgusting, who hangs up on Clients? There are a THOUSAND other Title Companies to use, like Foundation Title, who won't give you the run around or ask for up front fees. It's worth mentioning all the employees at Guardian have been nice over the years but we will never allow any of our Clients to use them again.

Efficient and quality service! I have nothing but great things to say about guardian title services. I worked with Julie on my last two home sales/purchases . She was so readily accessible, answered all my questions and concerns, and ensured everything went smoothly.
