TD Bank Jackson Ave, Pompton Plains

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with . Besides TD banks disgusting money stealing transactions , this branch has an endless supply of incompetent tellers and branch managers who’s goal is to make your daily or weekly transactions as painful and time consuming as possible . The tellers here will take your transactions (deposits/withdrawals) and disappear for 30 to 45 minutes at a time with no explanation and no sign of the transactions completion. Do yourself a favor , there’s a chase bank that’s not the greatest by far but definitely better than this branch, take your money there , your time won’t be as wasted as this bank wastes your time. TD sucks !

Would give negative 5,000,000 stars if possible. This location is absolutely terrible. Moved to the area 2 years ago and this is the closest location, otherwise I would never use this bank. Why I haven't switched my accounts to Chase or Capital One yet is pure laziness on my part. Every time I go here, there is one employee servicing a line of at least 5 people, taking on average 20 minutes to make a simple checking deposit. Garbage litters the lobby by the ATM. Tellers that look like they just took xanax counting bills with a dead-eyed look. The drive through features jagged curbs which literally puncture your tires with the slightest wrong turn of the steering wheel. America's Most convenient bank huh? I strongly suggest TD 'conveniently' upgrade this location ASAP. It doesn't matter how many recent college graduate branch managers they hire and fire here within a matter of weeks here, this location will NEVER improve.

I wish i can give anything less then 1 star. Worse branch, they are always short staffed, never open for walk ins. If you are lucky and they are open you will get some really rude tellers. I don’t know what else to say

The slowest drive thru ever! Do not recomend that location to anybody. There were 2 cars in front of me and it took 35 min to make deposit!!!

Most of the time good. Leaving a 3 because it wasn’t nice to see an employee sprint to the door (literally) to lock it before I walk in. Not “America’s most convinient bank” right there

Never had a bad experience with tellers, but managers are completely incompetent. Once took over 4 hours to send a wire even though there was no one else waiting. Switched banks due to issues like that.

Very convenient. 24/7 access to ATM. Staff friendly and helpful. Always cheerful and happy to see you. Genuinely feels like a small town bank. The only problem I have with them is a lack of ATMs anywhere but the bank itself.

It's a decent bank but sometimes they take too much time in line. I mean you will see only one person helping customers while others are pretending to do something

Absolutely HORRIBLE ! Stay away from this branch. The Manager doesnt know anything, he is completely incompetent and has a nasty attitude. I would give this place -5 stars if I could. The manager can't answer simple questions and blames the customer for his completely incompetent behavior.

Rarely enough tellers, to ensure a quick visit. Some managers not well informed or helpful.
