Where do I start with Gregory Milner . He is one of the most genuine and sincere people I have ever had the pleasure of working with . He not only cares but goes above and beyond to ensure flawless customer service . Because of him my entire family is now banking with TD . Gregory thank you for your exceptional service . The card machine here NEVER works. What am I laying maintenance fees for??? This location is trash and the other bank is 15 mins away, a total waste of time every single time I come this location. Banker claims everyone has covid, and that he is short staffed. It’s been two years, hire more people!!!

Well i have trued multiple times to bank here and they aleays have an excuse for not helping. Once i needed to wait for a manager for 2-3 hours to conduct a wire tranfer because he was on a conference call even though no one tried to get him. I saw him walk by and he was not on a conference call. Another time i was told all together to complete my wire transfer somewhere else because no one could approve it. Another td bank told me there was no way this was true. Terrible service from judy who choose not told help and the tellers. It is there job to do bank transactions.

Stopped to use ATM, and as there was a wait, went in for a drink of water. Brian was nice enough to grab a bottled water, since they didn't have fountain. Excellent customer service and appreciated!

Brain had me sitting there for what seemed an hour and was rude with me, bad customer service never had an experience this long and bad before. I will never come to this branch again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. This is just honestly how the experience made me feel.
