Royal Mortgage USA Corp. was wonderful!! Our experience was by far the best we had with a mortgage broker. They were very dedicated in every step of the process of our loan. This 3rd time around was even better than the second time I purchased the home. Once again they surprised me with the quality and professionalism. This firm is honest, fair, and organized. Let me start by saying, I don’t write negative reviews. However, regarding this poor company, I couldn’t help myself. They are absolutely the worst mortgage lenders I have ever encountered. They put off all of their loans until last minute. They don’t respond well, but are fast to issue a credit denial letter. They completely messed up one of my deals due to their negligence and could care less about it. I have been a real estate professional for years, and have never encountered such a poorly run organization. Buyers, agents, I highly recommend to STAY FAR AWAY!

Wellyngton and Nayara at Royal Mortgage lived up to the challenge and went above and beyond my expectations helping me to finance my dream house.
