TD Bank Royal Rd, Flemington

Thanks to my local Flemington TD Bank for providing smooth and friendly customer service for my minor issue. Dog friendly too!

Waiting for my card to be printed. The assistant manager Julie Ann advised they were having problems with the printer. I was next on line, planning to ask if they could check that the machine at the other TD branch in Flemington was working, when someone who just walked in demanded to be seen next. Other customers agreed I was next to be helped. Their response was well the machine isn’t working anyway so you still have to wait. They did not even allow me to ask the question. I just left. NEVER AGAIN going there. Considered closing my accounts but the representatives at the other TD bank are so much nicer. I’ll just bank there from now on

Everyone at the Royal Rd branch has been amazing, we bank here personally and for business, and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I highly recommend TD bank, especially this branch!

Lack control on safety deposit boxes

I went to the ATM to deposit money to my account by cash ,but when I put my money in the machine it didn't show me how much money. I lost my money in your machine. I went inside and asked the guy and lady, but they didn't help me to fix it !!!! They just gave me the phone number of the TD bank service to call. I want help to get my account credited for my deposit.
