TD Bank Lee Rd, Jefferson Valley

I came today to have to notarize a document. I have been with TD bank for who knows when. And had notarized any kind of documents at TD Bank. So anyway, today I walked in, I was approached now with EVAN, I was told he’s the manager. He denied my notary because he said he wont notarized it because I dont have an account with them with business. I told him that I have more than 6 accounts with TD bank and all of my family. He said yea but it’s a personal account. He cant with business. It’s a NOTARY!!!! I never had a problem before with TD bank denying a notary. I even explained to him that it says in the document that I own the business and there’s my name there so he can verify it. He insisted he cant sign my 1 piece of paper because I dont have a business account with TD BANK. It’s my name in the paper! I didn’t get it. I cant believe people are inconsiderate. Dont go to this branch. He’s obnoxious he thinks he know everything. And it’s notary. He only verifies that Im the person to sign it. Worse person to work in the bank. Oh and he told me there’s a pharmacy around the area to do notary! Seriously! This is my bank!!!! And he is shoving me away!!! Stupid EVAN! Stupid. There’s no rule for that!

The store manager Evan Tantalos is rude and unprofessional. Avoid this branch!

I am a td account holder and when I got my stimulus check, which is a federal check they would not cash it. Chase cashed it no questions asked and I'm not a customer.

Matt our mortgage broker was wonderful. He got us a great deal on our home equity loan. The employees at the branch are very friendly and helpful.

It opens late now and for only a few hours..its kind of sad that I have to plan my saturday around when I can get my money in the bank.Td may be convenient for its employees but it's not so convenient for its customers any more.

The manager Evan is unprofessional and rude. I went to the Chase by the mall. Had great costumer service at that location.

It's okay. Clean and well maintained. Nice that it has drive up and a walk inside atm. Service however is slow most if the time. I do all of my deposits through the atm machines. There isn't enough people working there at least that's what it looks like when I go. They are friendly and polite which is nice. There isn't a closer td bank so no choice but to use this one.

Horrible service and policies. Branch Manager went on vacation and simple questions could not be answered as noone apparently has the information to answer them. Was told I had to wait for his return. Customer service could not help as it was a commercial banking issue. talk about job security!! will no longer bank with TD.

Bank doesn't open on time and when you try using ATM it doesnt work properly. TD bank customer service is even worse. Go somewhere else.

Customer service is amazing but They are Charging fees for basic accounts and you have to keep asking for credits every time
