R&G Brenner Income Tax Hill Blvd, Jefferson Valley

Ive been a client of R&G for a good number of years now. The gentleman who prepares my returns is always professional, courteous and does his best. Disappointed however that the rate for the service increased considerably despite the fact that the complexity of my income tax situation has not increased from prior years. I questioned it, wasn't exactly clear on the explanation but paid without protest or argument. As a result, unfortunately, I'm not sure that my status as a returning client can remain as such. Thank you.

After being a long time customer for over 20 years they refused to give a small discount. Every years the price was raised for a simple return. For 35 minutes that I was sitting there I was charged $279. When I asked for a discount he said my hands are tied. When I called Greg Brenner he flat out said that is the discounted rate. Someone is lying! Sad to lose a customer of 25 years for being so greedy. DO NOT GO HERE!

We have been getting our taxes done,as well as my adult children , with Jeff and his team for the several years now. We are completely happy with the services we receive. they always go the extra step to make sure you completely understand your return. Believe it or not its almost a pleasure to see them, even when the outcome is Uncle Sam a knocking.

Disgusted! They submitted my taxes late and now I have to pay hundreds of dollars in fees. D. Rosenberg doesn't have the dicency to answer my emails and accept his negligence -

Jeff did his usual outstanding job!,Jeff also took the time to explain all the new tax laws good and bad so when I left Jeff's office I felt very confident about my tax situation.Could not ask for anymore .

We needed to find a new tax service when we moved. This is our second year in a row having taxes done by Jeff Pearlstein. We couldn't be more pleased. Very reasonably priced and high quality service.

They take the qtime to treat me like a human being and make sure I understand what is going on.

My advisor Jeff Pearlstein did not know what he was doing (didn’t know you can add IRA contribution) and filed NYS taxes that were a different amount than what I signed, and that is illegal!!! Then we filed amended because of his mistakes, and even that was done wrong (I got more from IRS than his amended calculation). Do not waste your money and time with him!!! Also made 2 appointments online and they did not have them. Technology must be an obscure universe to him…

Jeff Pearlstein is always knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest changes in the tax laws. He is warm and welcoming and explains everything clearly. He answers questions patiently and offers suggestions regarding payment and refund options.
