I opened a bank account with TD bank two days ago and went into the SR 7 location. The service from the assistant manager there was HORRIBLE!!! I was contemplating on closing out the account until I went into this location. They provided exceptional service and was quick. The costumes I called my daughters inside to see😂😂😂 shout out to Kwesi wonderful service and the whole team working together as one to provide a comfortable environment. I will definitely take a 20 minute drive to do my banking at this location from now on

It needs to be known to upper level management, regional managers, or whomever is responsible for this location specifically that the customer service, as poor as it is... is nothing compared to the lack of professionalism and total disregard for members. I've already filed my complaints with the appropriate departments and will continue to do so until my issues along with what seems to be a majority of clients issues are acknowledged and in ways that can be done, appropriately corrected. It's not my place to say any 1 person shouldn't have their job. It's been a rough year for everyone and banking employees im sure have not had it easy either. But there is no excuse for the way this branch treats its customers. Specifically, this manager needs to be reviewed by an ethics committee or investigative department within the TD Bank Corporation. This bank and this branch is absolutely AWFUL! Especially the branch manager Tatiana. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service and was treated terribly. I had someone impersonate me and I started a fraud investigation and they treated me as if I were the criminal when THEY compromised my moment and identity security. I had all the security measures in place including the voice recognition and password and they STILL gave my money to someone else without any hesitation. I suggest everyone to AVOID TD bank and especially avoid this branch.

The ladies Krystelle and Tatiana were very helpful with my visit today! When I first called and spoke with Tatiana she was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed and did not doubt they could help me! When I arrived I didn’t wait long before krystelle offered assistance to me and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently it was an all around good experience and these 2 ladies are the reason I’m going to start using this location as my main ! Also my friends who use Td will know of the kindness and readiness of this location !

I walked in and no one greeted me there was a teller helping a gentleman and another bank teller at her desk on the computer near the window. The bank teller at her desk looked at me then looked away, completely disregarding me. Moments later another customer walks in and the teller at her desk, immediately gets out her seat greets her and takes her to her desk to assist. I said nothing and sat down patiently for someone else to help but nonetheless I felt disrespected. Not too long after a gentleman named Rick asked me if i needed assistance and from there his customer service was amazing ! Nothing shy of a professional. If it weren’t for Rick, I would’ve rated this location one star. Treat very guest like you would the next, regardless of whatever your personal agenda is.

I visited the branch last week to request the reversal of a fee due to a special circumstance as directed by customer service agent during a call to their call center . The bank was busy but the banker kindly asked me to take a seat and they would be with me as soon as possible. During my short rate a couple came in wanting to open a high value IRA. They were also invited to take a seat to wait for an available agent. I saw a well dressed banker come out of the back and he asked me to follow him to an open desk. I thought for sure that he would take the couple before me. I was pleasantly surprised. I quickly explained the situation and he proceeded to process my fee reversal. I didn't expect that to go so smoothly without have to plea case or listen to some explanation or lecture about their fee policy. He gave me a receipt, asked if I needed anything else and said a cordial goodbye. This visit definitely exceeded my expectations

I thought only Private Banks offered really good personal services but I was wrong. In my past life I have had accounts at two personal banks and the service I received from Santiago Hernandez, service rep, at the 17th Street, Ft Lauderdale TD bank was absolutely equal to either of my former banks. He set up two new accounts, put them on my phone, made sure I knew how to use it, and then he ask what else he could do to make my TD experience better. I was amazed and grateful for the pleasant ease that he accomplished everything.. I guess knowledge, experience and just a nice guy had something to do with it.

Marlon helped me open a checking account today. He was knowledgeable about my status as a Canadian which allowed me to open an account without proof of US address. He was kind, helpful and answered all my questions and gave me sound advice.

Second issue here and will not return. First time the employees here couldn't comprehend cashing a TD check then depositing the cash for instant availability. They verified the check then debted my account. That took two dozen phone calls and a long 4day weekend to clear up. I tried them again. Nope. Trying to cash a check and among 3 tellers all they had was $5 bills. No thank you. Obviously this is poor management and training but lucky for them, I know this is NOT standard for TD. Don't use this location and don't hold it against TD. They are better than this.

Every time I go to this particular branch I have to sit in the drive thru for more than ten minutes even if there is only one car in front of me!! Happens every time they are so slow here!! And hey always take whatever I hand them to another room they never deposit my check or handle any of my business at the drive they teller they always have to go to the front! Maybe if they did less socializing within coworkers and more work they would be faster! This branch sucks I’ll never come back here only the one in Davie is worth my time
