TD Bank S Ave E, Cranford

EDIT: 4-8-22 Went back again today. Teller was unprofessional and I told her so. That said, I'm keeping them at 1-star until I see improvement. This bank is closest to me, so why should I use a different branch? I'll just go in expecting poor service. Maybe someday they will get their act together and surprise me. Original Review: This bank is closest to where I live and I use it often. I have to be honest and say of all the TD Banks I've used since I came onboard last summer, this one if the least friendly. You're not welcomed when you come in. And the manager, Will, who signed me up, never says "hello" to me. He actually turns his head when he sees me but will say "hello" to a man also in line. Perhaps he's a misogynist. Moving forward, I'll go out of my way to use other TD Banks when I have to go in. These ones are much friendlier: Montclair, Scotch Plains, West Caldwell, Fairfield. Crandford needs to up their game because right now they are losing.

Ok, normally I give everything a chance but after this experience I decided to write a review. If large sum check can not be deposited via ATM then a sign should be posted and not find out through online message "see SM". I called headquarters and was given the instructions then followed up by calling the branch. I showed up and after confirming the information, the SM was rude when told that he'll need to send a message to Fraud department to release the hold on my deposit as it was confirmed. His response was rude "I'm busy on something".. . I'm sorry but I work as Customer Service Representative and you give total attention to your customer. I would had been ok if he would had said "let me finish this and I'll reach out the department soon after". He needs a refresher on Customer Service 101.

I have been with this bank for many years and at this location in Cranford. However, I realized that the workers there are racist. My black fiance has encountered a racist and disrespectful white female worker who was very rude. We took matters to corporate, however the lady is still working there. It was a big scene and she is still there! Another incident was today, the Asian worker was so rude to us. My fiance withdrew a lot of money and requested all 100s. The worker stated only 100s but he was just nasty about it!! So my fiance asked okay can you keep the 20s and just give me 50s and 100s. The guy rudely stated 100s, 50s, and 20s. No compassion, no explanation. Their personalities all suck. Serious faces, no smiles with people of color. I'm sorry but after all these years of being a TD member, I am really considering taking ALL of my money out and I have 5 accounts with them. So unfortunate.

Poor customer service. Tell you they are to BUSY to answer a question or help over the phone however they NEVER return phone calls After waiting about 35 minutes on a Saturday to see someone in person, they never take care of anything Rude tellers

This location needs more employees with the covid-19 only drive-thru is open always long line up to 30 minutes waiting come on tdbank management we have things to do such as go back to work etc. Unsatisfied

I have only been there to withdraw, deposit money and pick up a new debit card, so my experiences are limited to that. Great customer service, line has always been short, friendly staff.

Never had too many problems here. My bank card was stolen, but they refunded the stolen funds. This location is easily accessible, never have to wait too long for a teller. A sit down meeting might take you a few minutes. When you want to cash your coins, you find a friend with an account at this bank.

Great costumer service. Friendly and most of the employees know me by name. Never have to wait in line long. Open Sundays glad I made the move from Wells Fargo years ago.

Customer service nonexistent. They laugh at your concerns and don't provide answers to questions about policies and fees. They are rude. When asked to speak with a supervisor they say it won't do you any good. ATM card is randomly disabled and no rationale provided. Will be looking at other banks to move to.

I have always had a fantastic experience at this branch. The tellers all know me by name and have provided exceptional service.
