Chris & the SunQuest team were given a highly favorable referral by another professional in the industry to utilize Chris's services. During our initial phone calls, e-mails and introductory paperwork required for my subsequent mortgage approval, I was impressed with Chris's ability to answer a variety of questions with ease. Approximately 1 year after my closing, I was assessed thousands of dollars on my mortgage escrow due to a faulty closing error by my Reality Company.
