TD Bank South St, Morristown

The branch here is very prejudice towards African American citizen... his behavior is a I hate dealing with black people. He is very obnoxious and I really dislike the fact he treats people of color like this and this is my 3rd encounter and at first and second time I didn't say anything but today I have had ENOUGH.... he needs to be replaced and place other people in charge who has better customer service care experience. The two other lady the red and light headed lady are super nice and respectful.... John was helpful and respectful. John for branch Manger

I went there needing to make a deposit and get 3 checks quickly. Alnisa could not have been nicer and more efficient. In addition, I had questions on my account balance as it didn't seem right. She pulled up and printed a quick bank statement which explained it all to me. I also had two kids with me and needed to get in and out so they wouldn't start getting antsy. She and the other woman behind the counter were very friendly and we were in and out in 5 minutes.

I stopped by Morristown TD bank branch to make a deposit on Sunday 02/10/2016. We got there earlier than their usual opening time at about 10:30 am. One of the employees -Cesar- took our deposits even though the bank would open at 11 am. He said he will mail the deposit slips and so he did! Thank you Cesar for offering amazing customer service! These are the types of employees that make a business successful!

This branch is a joke. Filled with incompetent employees who don't know their own bank's policies & procedures and keep blaming different departments within TD to avoid taking ownership of their mistake. Don't bank with these guys and if you do, make sure to video record your discussion. They will give you false information and once you open the account, you are tied. The Branch Manager is the head clown here and their Regional Manager didn't even bother to look into the issue when I was told that he will be getting back to me in 24 hrs. Its been 3 weeks since and no resolution, finally closed my accounts. Zero customer service, wonder how these guys even have a job!

I have to say they have an outstanding customer service rep at the South St. branch! Her name is Volita and she was so helpful to me! Professional and courteous from the time I walked in until I left and she made me feel like my business with TD Bank mattered! Keep up the good work hiring people like her! She is A1 and I will continue my loyalty with this bank knowing they have someone like her there!

I closed my mother’s savings & checking account and my account due to the manager Tina rudeness and zero cooperation with us. Worst customer service. She’s never wanted to help my mother and she did not want to help me. I’ve been with chase for over 10 years. I opened this account as a back up bank. No thanks TD. I’ll stick with chase from now on.

Their debit card machine is always messed up and down at the wrong moments.The need to get a better card printer. I thought me picking up a replacement card was going to take 10, nope took 30 min just to let me.know their card machine was down after they restarted the
