    Terrible Experience. I deposited a personal check and salary check. Both went on hold for 10 days. Not sure which world we are living in. Waiting for more than 10 days with no access to no money. No one answers the call.

    Selected one star because zero wasn’t an option. My wife simply wanted to make a deposit into an HOA account. She was sent to fill out a deposit slip and back in line. Was then told she had to have the account number. The clerk refused to simply look up the account number, seeing that it is not our account. Not only a bad outcome but terrible manners evidently.

    The worst customer service ever, out of the 3 ladies at the the teller two were free but preferred to laugh and talk with a gentlemen about baby pics while i waited in line patiently for 15 mins. After he left the lady in the middle rudely utters can i help u with an attitude as if i was a problem

    One of worst branch One drive through lane broken and did not put sign. Employee had bad attitude and feels like did not care.

    Understaffed. They say the ATMs count as “two tellers” and no one staffs the window. Just bad service all around.

    Horrible customer service. No one smiles and they look at you like you have ten heads for not wanting to use the machine to deposit your money instead of a teller. I understand it’s a small branch but the few people that do work here always look lost and annoyed. Thank god that I payed off my car and don’t have to use them anymore. ✌️

    I am not primarily a cutomer with Bank of America, and I went in for help concerning a loan. The associate that I dealt with was very rushed, even though there were little to no customers inside the branch, and though she was not mean, she was not friendly, either. After speaking with the manager, I was told that they couldn't help me at the time; I called the customer service line after leaving the branch, and the representative informed me that my case should not have been a problem, and they should have been able to handle my case then and there. Overall I felt that they just wanted me out of there a soon as possible. If I ever considered doing any further business with Bank of America, this has surely discouraged me from doing so.

    Terrible service and incompetent new bank manager. I needed a notary service and not only they gave me hard time and refuse to notarize a form that I have been notarize for years. The incompetent bank manager also sent me to the county clerk which does not provide notary services unless you need to notarize a signature of the bank notary.. I better move my accounts to another bank..
