TD Bank Wolcott St, Waterbury

I showed up at 4:30 to make a deposit and they close at 5:00. The security guard opened the door for me and there were at least 3 people inside working and they all just looked at me. I proceeded to fill out a deposit slip and a woman came up to me asking how I was able to get in. I said thru the door? She said our system is down but I can help you make an atm deposit. I put the pen down and walked out and said next time tell me before I come in. She followed me out and the security started making excuses and the woman followed me out. That was a great excuse, but The attitude is inexcusable. I don’t believe the system was down, and I will not return to this bank

Jasmine notorized my paperwork so fast it was amazing. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. She was super friendly too. I really think she is outstanding. Five stars for Jasmine

Always great service couldn't be happier always feel welcomed when doing my business there had an issue recently where I got locked out of my phone because of a phone number issue I feel like an idiot because I can't remember her name but the short Spanish woman with the glasses was very courteous and sweet and helpful. she took the time to call and get things situated for me before leaving for work going above and beyond. Came here to get a check and some statements. Way too much joking and not enough doing your job. The bank teller Ashley asks me publically out loud for everyone to hear “ so what are you going to do with the money” I wanted to say mind my damn business but I needed documents still so I told her I’m buying a house... she then says with “1400” dollars and laughs and the teller next to her ( Queen something ) laughs and says if that’s the case I’m moving out too.....it’s a deposit nosey asses obviously can’t buy a home for that price JESUS CHRIST. I then ask for a 30 day statement she says no and out of instinct I just react aggressively and ask why not. She got mad at the way I responded and she said you see I’m getting red that’s not good for you. I guess she was joking. Nobody got time for jokes at a FEDERAL BANK. Do your damn job, don’t ask personal questions and let people go on with their day.

They are very professional and make you feel comfortable every time. Great customer service.
