TD Bank Tibbetts Dr, Brunswick

Is TD Bank abandoning Mainers? This is an actual TD Bank branch, but their ATM won't accept cash deposits! TD closed their location inside Hannaford on Maine St in Brunswick and the TD location in Topsham has been replaced by some generic ATM that doesn't accept any deposits at all. So if you need to deposit cash after banker's hours? You literally have to drive 20 miles and hope to find a machine where the "cash" button isn't inexplicably greyed out. So frustrating.

I am shocked at this bank and the lack of concern with missing documents after an employee/manager left??? Sat down at the desk with said manager along with our non-profit organizations secretary to add additional person to account. That includes copies of ID card. Went in today, nothing found anywhere. Employee is gone, paperwork never put into system. Acting manager has the nerve to say not to worry about it. The employee was forgetful but trustworthy and probably shredded it??? I wonder if she would have been concerned had it been her social and personal info out there. Really, this mentality is why we have some many issues with fraud and identity theft. This day and time and still the “ no need to be concerned” Glad we don’t bank there and I will be advising our organization to switch banks. Shame on you!

Every time I go here they keep “reminding” me that I can use the atm or phone app for everything. They always make it seem like it’s a pain in the you know where to deal with customer. Never had as many issues when we used TD in Fort Kent But this Brunswick location has been a horrible experience since we moved down here 3 years ago. To top it off, we needed to use the bank today and they were closed, on a Friday! If I could give zero stars I would

IN SHOCK: AUDREY COFFIN was so completely rude and disrespectful to me this morning. I use this same bank every week buy today I felt belittled and just because I wasn't able to open a bank account right at that moment... Its crazy that AUDREY COFFIN's label is assistant head teller because her customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always good experiences at TD bank.
