TD Bank S Laurel St, Bridgeton

I've been a customer for about 20 years, this bank is an absolute disgrace. The drive threw has been either broken or closed with only an atm available to us for a really long time, I don't see anyone working to fix them so I wouldn't expect that to change anytime soon. So with one atm working the line is always long and basically unavailable to us. Going inside is even worse if it's even open. It's like time stands still and no one is helping to get the customers. I will most likely be closing my accounts, I keep holding out hoping things will change, but most of the people I knew that used TD have changed banks, it's sad to leave after so long banking with the same bank. I will definitely NOT be recommending this bank to anyone! Good Luck

Absolute worthless trash. Crazily unorganized mad house where the bankers dont have a clue what they are doing. Waited for 30 minutes, had 4 people come by and ask the same questions over and over but then do nothing

I love my bank! The tellers are always smiling and remember me and know exactly how I want my transactions to be done! I would not leave my TD bank for anything as I feel secure and we'll taken care of. These employees know what "customer service" means!!

I didn't give a zero because it didnt let me, with that I said it all.

Slowest TD around inside Of don't have plans an there's more than a few people (more than 2 ).an only to people behind the counter.laughing and joking stretch your back hopefully you've had a snack and relax cause you have a 15-20.minute wait bare minimum.

Just opened an account with them. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tajon is awesome!! She.helped me set up my account and she took the time to make sure I understood every aspect of it.

I don't think just having the drive thru is a good idea. They cut the hours and have long lines. Also now everyone is touching the carrier and I didn't see them wiping them down. If there going to conduct business that way they should be giving everyone that pulls into the line a glove. I think just having the drive thru open is worse than opening the inside.

Longest lines in the drive thru I’ve ever seen. There are 4 lanes with only 2 tellers. And it’s even worse now that the other TD bank at Carl’s Corner Closed down. Every time I come here I end up waiting a MINIMUM of 15 minutes. And cars are backed up so far they block all other thru traffic. Time to switch banks I think.

Lobby closed, one person in drive thru so the lines were hours in waiting. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Considering removing all my accounts from this bank and banking elsewhere because this has been going on since before pandemic

Spent 15 min with knowbody in drive through line to deposite cash for my business and teller showed up with an attitude. This is why i want to pull my business funs out.
