Worst bank I have ever had the mistake of walking into ...but if you do and a ferner named Guy-ya-3 wants to help you open an account..@the Rt90 Lake City Florida location...RUN ...do not walk away...she will have so many mistakes in your application you will be lucky to escape with your identity intact. Find another LOCAL bank not these councks that take your money out of the USA and ignore your inquiries. .. " customer service "" is severely lacking...

This branch was supposed to close out my TD overdraft protection account for my personnel checking in February 2021. The TD overdraft checking cost $25.00 annually. I received billing for the overdraft protection via regular mail once a year. You have to cut a coupon from the billing statement and take it to the bank and pay. However, when you pay it does not compute any interest that you may have accrued on the $25.00 charge during the billing period. In 2020 my credit score was dinged 15 points by TD Bank because I owed 0.98 cents in interest on the overdraft loan. When I called to complain I was told I had to visit my local branch and they would fill out the paperwork to cancel my TD overdraft protection account. I went into the Lake City US 90 branch in February 2021 and filled out the paperwork with a TD customer service representative and she indicated that my overdraft account was now closed and would not incur any future charges. Today, April 29. 2021, I was changing my mailing address with TD Bank online customer support and they told me I had an active overdraft account and I needed to talk with the TD loan department and let them know I was changing my address. I have been trying to cancel this overdraft protection account now for two years and now I was told I must go to the nearest TD Branch (20 miles away) and fill out a request to close out the overdraft protection. The other option is to find someone with a fax machine and fax TD Bank the request to close out the overdraft account. Totally inept morons are handling my account.

How is it a bank cant give you detailed information on a suspicious charge to your account? Can anyone explain that? I mean you are THE BANK correct? I am giving you one star for not being able to help me but also for not wanting to help me. I understand you are busy sometimes and that yes there were two people in line behind me, but come on, you should be able to handle this and treat every customer as if they matter and not give them the call the 1-800 number on the back of your card excuse. YOU ARE THE BANK. How is someone on the phone supposed to answer my question when the institution that safe guards my wealth cant? I am seriously disappointed in this branch. Shame on you TD. Shame.

Okay I went through the drive-thru to make a transaction with TD Bank. I had to cash a check I asked the teller if she could deposit $250 of my check and give me the rest back in cash... so the teller gave me back the rest of my money I left and went home About an hour later I received a telephone call from HEATHER GREY the manager there... She was very very unprofessional and disrespectful She accuse me of receiving an additional $250 cash... I explained to her exactly what I got back and she did not believe me and tryed to get me to admit that I had received the extra $250 in cash. Later Laura Kirsch called me back and explained that the teller had deposited $250 twice into my account and not given me the extra $250 cash Just wanted to write a review about my experience with heather gray the manager she is very unprofessional... and does not check facts before she accuses customers.

I tried to cash out my Series EE savings bonds but they wouldn't let me because I am not a member. On their website it says that non-members can cash out savings bonds at any TD location. I am very upset and will never use TD Bank ever.

I pray I do not get these issue's on here if I open a account seems to me they need better help people like me look at these things I see the other lake city branch is good what's the issue here and I see live oak has good reviews now I am scared
