TD Bank Cross Island Pkwy, Queens

This branch by far the worse one they have ATM is usually down 75% of the time and if it’s working miraculously it doesn’t accept cash deposit then I have to drive to a different branch to make the deposit so I don’t get charged a overdraft fee which is a 15 min drive out of my way

Must be the slowest TD bank in the world. 1 teller with a line of 8 people and 1 manager for account questions who has been with a customer for over 50 minutes.

They are completely inefficient and incompetent. They make it impossible to get your money or make appointments. I've waited almost 2 hours to make a deposit while several tellers were gossiping together. Additionally, they will never know the answers to any question you ask and will tell you to make an appointment instead, which they then make impossible to book. Save yourself the grief and bank somewhere else.

Save your time and money for a different bank. Not worth it. Go to a bank that actually “cares” about their customers. This place always has terrible service and no staff working. I had the same issue with notary wait time and then the banker disappeared.

The worst customer management. They only allow one person at the teller at a time, one customer was at the teller for an extended period of time, people were lined up outside. There was a notification outside to call , and they will text you to allow access. Ridiculous, I left after making a few attempts on the phone.

The branch manager is way unreasonable and overly zealous to do her job by the standards only she herself can understand. I was there to deposit a bank check for husband, made out 2 him, signed by him. I am a beneficiary on that account. I had my own ID + a copy of his ID. The librarian- looking manager with glasses gave me a skeptical treatment. Maybe I was just an imposter trying to deposit a large amount into someone's account?? I understand the reg-s. But there is a difference between being reasonable and following nonsense self- imposed rules.

Slowest moving bank the tellers are extremely slow I spent 30 mins waiting for the two tellers to finish one client each all I wanted is a simple withdrawal. DONT GO THERE UNLESS U UAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO .

Worst service among other TD banks. One time I waited 1.5 hours to deposit my cash! Another time the teller told me I can’t wait on the regular line, I have to use drive thru?! Because I have too much to deposit??! What if I don’t own a car?! Someone needs to train their staff what the professionalism is. SMH!

TD Bank Whitestone, NY 11357. Worst bank & branch ever! ... Uncooperative, lazy bankers, amateurs and terrible place to do business. It should be noted that this is a Canadian bank, based in Canada, operating in the United States.

the commercials showing they are always available is ther biggest joke. they keep ther doors locked they take forever to let you in. I went to the drive thru to ask a question and she said make an appointment with a banker if I want my question abt where my 1099 was.
