Santander Bank Branch 14th Ave, Queens

I went to make a deposit in the morning and was rudely net by the manager who asked me how can I help you. Not even a Good Morning, How can I help you? Personally I felt out of place. This is not my regular branch, but I seriously recommend that this manager is in need of a courtesy course. And the tellers are on the arrogant side. This is my first and last time I will visit this Whitestone branch.

Went to this location to open a business account early in the morning at 9:00 because I had a busy day and thou I told the lady I had appointments that morning I was still there at 11:15. That's unacceptable in 21st senctury to spend more than 2 hrs to open a checking account. She had to call people and get approved and they didn't have checks to give me and there was nobody to help the poor lady. I work as a Uber driver and I'm sure I can do a better job than that lady who supposed to have a education or training to do her job.

This bank is now Closed Saturdays and today (Tuesday ) there is a sign Branch Temporarily Closed ? What kind of Bank is this ?

I never called a bank that never answers their phone. This bank and employees are beyond the worst. PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS DO NOT BANK HERE

I normally don't like to post bad reviews but I feel like I have to - I had applied for a personal line of credit through Santander. I received a phone call from a manager at this bank informing me I had been approved for the line and that I should come in the next day to sign paperwork. I go in, she calls some higher ups to find out exactly what I need to sign, and they inform her that I've actually been declined. She couldn't explain to me why she had told me I'd been approved, just said "sorry" and ushered me out. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely NOT a mistake that a pretty sizable bank should ever make. Please beware of this branch

Worst Santander I've ever been to. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Employees get more and more inept every time I come here.

I wish there was - 100 rating for this garbage bank I have few business acct and few personal acct And every time you ask for coins they never have it I guess it’s the people who work here makes the decision who to give and who not to I went there and ask the teller if I can get coins
