TD Bank N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton

I have never had issues with TD bank as an entity but will say I avoid this branch AT ALL COSTS. It is well worth anyone and everyone's time to drive however long it is to the next branch. I have never experienced anything even resembling a halfway pleasant experience with their employees or its manager. :( THE WORST!!! They don't care about you or anything for that matter, never are trying to do their job in a timely manner, and are very typically rude & extremely hostile without provocation. The most unfortunate thing about it all is there will never be anything done about it as their manager there is exactly like all her employees. ...... Love TD though!

Waited 30 minutes to withdraw MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT,( mind you I have two accounts there) after I waited patiently the teller haley tells me she’s “doesn’t feel comfortable “ giving me my money. Mind you I just spent 2 weeks verifying my identity with TD since they froze my account. So verifying my identity wasn’t enough , I still can’t withdraw my money like any other customer that went through the same drive thru? Maybe she doesn’t think a black girl is capable of taking out legitimate money so she’s assuming it’s fraudulent. But thanks to haley I had to go to the other bank and be late to work :) thanks for nothing!

The worst branch of the worst bank. Branch manager is EXTREMELY rude. Staff is so slow and never welcoming. I would drive an extra 25 miles to go to a different branch.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Managers are always going around to help everyone and greet them. This is REALLY the most convenient bank, they always have the cash when you need to withdraw and they always make sure you walk out with a smile . Ty TD BANK!

A great bank w/ professional customer services. The staff goes out of their way to meet your requests and the bank offers attractive checking and savings accounts, cc's, etc. I would give 5 stars but the mgm't is constantly changing...I no sooner get to know one of the managers and they are gone/transferred in 6 months or so. Arthur is one of the best tellers!

There’s a grotesque woman there who is very rude by the name of Alana Sprinter. Not only is she rude, she racially profiled me as a young black woman. She placed lies on the details of my account causing for the closure of my account. I came in to deposit a check, she looked at the amount of the check and then handed it back to me saying there would be an extended hold placed on the check so I would be better off cashing it at a check cashing store. Weird. Turning away customers? I ended up cashing it at BOA however. That was very weird to me, so the following day I call TDs customer service number just to be told the teller Alana Sprinter placed a restriction on my account......even MORE STRANGE because that was never discussed nor was there a reason, I was told to go in to another TD branch so I did the following Monday to see what I can do to remove the restriction and deposit the cash, just to be told Alana Sprinter noted my account implying I was unwilling to sign a form or give an address. VERY VERY VERY STRANGE. That is racially profiling and I will be sure this is brought to the attention of many

The branch here is pretty useless. I've come into get rolls of quarters, they tell me they don't have them. I've come to get counter checks, and the machine has not been working for almost a year. They always close the drive through which is very misleading and inconvenient. Honestly, I rather use the ATM. The hours are not later than any other bank, so i don't know why TD boasts the "America's most convenient bank" slogan anymore. The tellers are nice, and it's not their fault that this branch is short staffed and can't function so I gave it two stars. Considering switching from TD altogether.

I like TD bank as an institution and I have both personal and business accounts with them. But this particular branch has the worst customer service. I recently moved and was not able to order business checks inside the branch. Today i asked to wire out some money and was told i had to come back the next day. Went to a branch at Palmetto and powerline and was able to complete my transaction without any issues. If you are considering banking with TD i would definitely do bisiness with them just not at this branch.

Been going here for years and the ATM has gone downhill. You can't enter more than one type of bill or it spits out. Today it HELD my card and the attendants told me I'd NEVER get it back, they issued me a new one, now I'll have to put the new card info into all of my bills. They said it's happening a lot at this location. Complete opposite of convenience. You guys need to fix your machine. STAY AWAY.

The worst review for this bank. I was robed in my car last month and I called to cancel my accounts. Now I realized that the burglars went in to this bank and with my ID withrawed 1700 dollars from my savings and a signature that is far from.being mine. But this is going to cost them a lot, because I'll get to the bottom of what happened and the responsibles will pay.
