TD Bank Broadway, New York

I'm calling the branch now and all they are doing is rolling over the call. Answering then transferring me to another line that only rings without saying anything. Poor customer service.

Worst customers service . Rude and unprofessional service . Main entrance first left hand side 1st counter guy asking for small Business checking Account he doesn’t no what kind of Documents required… I went to Queens and I get Business account with In 15 minutes. With same Documents … Guys better go to Brooklyn or Queens.

TD raves about being "America's most convenient bank" but in my experience, especially this specific brick and mortar bank, is the most inconvenient. The employees are not trained properly and if you need help with anything that isn't the average banking of opening an account or making a simple transaction within TD, they freeze. They refuse to admit that they don't know, and ended up completely messing up my IRA rollover. They have messed up CDs in the past in which I did not earn the interest I should have and told me that even if they fix it, they cannot reimburse me the money I should have gained. What's the point of even dealing with you then? I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I walked in this bank with an emergency to use the washroom. Not fun but it happens to everyone at some time. I spoke to someone and kindly asked to use the washroom and told him it was urgent. He told me they don't have washrooms. So if you talk to a rep that lies outright about something like that, chances are they will lie to you about your financial needs. This bank needs a talk about having some compassion and doing for others as they would want to be done to them in that situation.

Horrible customer service, Called in to check bank acc balance, picked up by a women with horrible attitude, demanded for a translator when I clearly knew English to translate for my family.

Tyreek Parker did an excellent job at answering all my questions and making the process as smooth as possible. He is very knowledgeable of the products and made sure that we find the option that is best for us. I am very impressed by his work!

Hit and miss. I had a great experience over a year ago, but lately it has been poor. I waited for a long time the other day for a transaction that could not be done over the phone, only to be told I had to come back with different documentation. After coming back for the second time, and waiting 20 minutes, when I asked how much longer it would be I was told at least another 10 minutes with no apology. There were about 10 other people waiting who just got up and left. It would have been nice to have been given an appointment since I now have to return for a third time just to do a quick transaction. Consider banking elsewhere. Update: interaction third time was positive, rep was helpful, and my issue was resolved - but it should not have taken three visits.

Their branch supervisor Tashima is very hospitable. She followed up on my request of address update. We are very satisfied with her customer services.

Client services is amazing. Jose at the door was professional and friendly. I went in for a notary stamp even though it's not my bank. Based on that kind of service though, I'm going to make it my bank. Highly recommended.

Excellent branch, aptly directed by the expert Jose Gomez and his deputy Sidra Riaz. I am lucky to have them as my banking counterparts.
