TD Bank S Livingston Ave, Livingston

On 7/12/2022 been at the drive through since 8:33am is 8:38am. Been buzzing for assistance and no one has come to help. Someone from inside looked and ignore. Last Friday I was waiting for over 15 minutes for someone.

The bank opens whenever the staff feels like it. They’re hours are never accurate and it really depends who’s there working that day on how they wish to open.

Livingston branch has "THE WORST " manager .....horrible service

Extraordinarily poor experience at this branch. Six months into opening my account I'm told by TD Customer Service I'm not authorized to speak about my own funds, and when they called this branch to request a copy be sent, ALL of the paperwork related to the opening of my account "can't be found". On top of that the old manager is apparently gone. Y'know, the one I'm told handled my account.

I'm responding to Eisaku1. I'm the manager of the Livingston store and has been one for 3 years already. I would like to invite you to my store and resolve your issue.

Last year I opened a checking account and was told if I deposited a $2500, there will be $300 bonus. 7-month later, I was told I didn't qualify because the deposit was not a direct deposit. Very disappointed with TD's misleading marketing trick.

Extraordinary customer service. I have couple backs and TD bank's Livingston branch never misses to surprise with their amazing, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Staff is always happy to service me, they always smile and welcome me. I love, love, love doing to Livingston branch if even though my account wasn't opened there. Such a wonderful experience. I just opened account at the Livingston branch. Manager, who serviced me was just amazing. She was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. I was looking for the best bank to move my BOA account (horrible bank to bank with ) and I found one. If even though, I wasn't ready to move the relationship yet, the way she handled the interaction, made me to start relationship with TD banks the same day. I will plan to move all my family's account. Thanks for the amazing experience

I went to the yesterday to withdraw some money out of my account and the teller was just mean and have no type of enthusiasm he gave my cash up front on the counter n front of everybody no envelope nothing . I will never come back to this bank and I’m calling corporate I didn’t not appreciate the treatment it’s my money ! From my own account I’m withdrawing ! I don’t have to bank with TD I can bank anywhere else best believe I’ll be closing my account with them
