Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Livingston Ave, Livingston

Poor customer service. No value of others time. My appointment was 3 pm and I called in the morning that I will be 15 min late When I reached, I lady came and took my paper to open accounts. Spent 15 mins verifying my papers and laters says wait for another person to free up for account opening. When I said I had an appointment, she started arguing that I am late. Don’t understand a bank with 7-8 employees and couple of them roaming around why can’t open a simple bank account? After waiting till 4 PM, I left without account opening and disappointed with poor customer service. Avoid this branch !

I had wonderful customer service. I brought my mother in and they were so patient with her.

I come here 5 days a week for a large account and some days they make me wait so they can take care of customers behind me in line. It’s ridiculous. The tellers are amazing. Management just sucks!!!

Needed one question answered but it was within a20 minutes of closing so of course all lines were helping other customers. Probably afraid to answer Incase they run over 4:00

I know teller line can be backed up and you need to do something at the vault too. I would appreciate it if the tellers were trained enough to be courteous and say... I'll be right with you after I do this. Simple and easy rather than keep me guessing. If done right, I would definitely give 5 star.

An extremely helpful and courteous bank. Occasionally they are busy because they do not have enough tellers to help customers. Other than that I have never had a bad experience.

Bunch of managers walking greeting but not doing much of anything else. Have only 1 teller to help all customers. Trying to talk my bosses into taking their business account to another bank. 45 minutes waiting to make deposits while managers just watching the teller drown in customers. Go to any other B.O.A.

You would think Bank of America would have a descent AMERICAN flag outside the bank. Instead it's a old shredded/torn up flag that looks like it went to war. Taking my business elsewhere. Have some respect

The wait time is horrible here. I have never waited this long in any bank.
