TD Bank NJ, Randolph

It’s a nice friendly bank location, open on Sat and Sun. I got a safe deposit box here.

I’ve been considering changing from Wells Fargo to TD but now I never will. Went in to ask someone to break a $100 and the manager (?) was so rude I was blindsided. I don’t mind them checking the bill, in fact I expected that, but she not only made a big deal of it but continued to ask me unrelated questions and was just so exceptionally rude. I cannot believe the service there and I will not be returning. I’d rather bank with somewhere who actually has good customer service. Never going to TD again.

I wish I could give them a zero. The branch manager is horrible and does not follow up. The rep who took the initial call never gave her the Message. They cashed a check wrong and overdrafted my account. 2 weeks later still no refund and she is on vacation. I have had to make tins of calls to get this corrected!

I have 8 business accounts with TD bank and yhis bank cannot help me with any coins or even singles, and every trip is minimum 45 kin with any td bank just for a deposit. WORST BANK EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH

It's a bank... it's America's most convenient bank. It makes me happy because it's so convenient and this place is so conveniently located which in fact makes it very convenient. Do you know where I'm going with this? Do you like convenient banking? Come on down to TD Bank and make your life more convenient.

The branch manager just told me to pay off my loan and close all my accounts at TD Bank... Now that's customer service at its best... not really. Never bank here! Update July 28, 2020- Been waiting 2 plus business days for a payoff amount. Wish I could give this branch a zero!

These guys sent a recruiter to the County College of Morris. Having just earned my degree in Engineering Science, I gave her my resume. The TD Bank recruiter told me that you must have cash handling experience in order to be considered, even for a bank teller position. I tried to explain to her that I had passed 4 semesters of Calculus and 3 semesters of Engineering Physics and I'd probably be able to count and handle money very well. She said she was sorry, but she could only consider those with cash handling experience. In other words, they are not hiring the best and brightest. In fact, I'm convinced that they are NOT looking for someone that's good in Math, but someone that could "sell" or push the bank's services on people. Remember this the next time you realize your teller is a moron.

Worst bank ever. Terrible customer service at this location. Waited 25 minutes just to be helped to change the name on my account... just horrible. Then another 35 minutes for it to get done...

Very friendly staff. Opened a business account with ease. Open and upfront. Will recommend to friends and family.
