Bank of America Financial Center W Blackwell St, Dover

They never have cash to withdraw more than $5000. They want you to call ahead but never pick up the phone. So you have to make multiple trips to schedule. On top of that it's always a no unless you speak to a manager. So everyone tries to be a boss without being one. Service is just horrendous. Closing account today and going to TD bank, better hours and service.

This is literally the WORST branch to go to! Either they’re SOOOO slow or they’re having technical issues either computers. It never fails. I will be finding another bank just to avoid this branch. Just terrible

I went today and had the worst customer service experience ever. An employee named "Leslie" was extremely rude to me. She gave me attitude even after I told her she shouldn't be speaking to customers this way. I called after to speak to the manager and the same girl picked up the phone and after I asked to speak to the manager she hang up the phone on me. Extremely rude, in the 10 years I have been with bank of america I never had an experience like this with an employee.

Always a long wait and seem like the women care more about how they look then helping people there

One star because there’s no zero star option, however I don’t post reviews unless things are exceptional or very poor and sadly this is one of them. After COVID happened and this branch closed it’s doors I was hoping for the executives to switch around its workers they kept the same inattentive, nasty and careless bankers! everybody here cares more about the way they look and their own progress Men and Women not just women. They don’t care about their customers they’re never willing to help and always have an attitude the whole time you’re interacting with them even when you go there to do business to open an account or a C.C. or whatever product you expect them to give you a good service but their attitude is always the same nasty inattentive and careless, bad service all around!!

Line is always ridiculously long with never enough tellers so it takes forever to get change for my store or make deposits. They always prompt me to switch banks but why would I want to bank with a company that would rather save a few bucks labor than take care of their customers.

Had me waiting on the line so long just when I get to the teller telling me I can't encash and deposit my cheque when before I was able to do that twice with them and so unprofessional to just shout it out when there's a lot of people it's because my checking account was insufficient fund?! When I had money in my bank account?! So then I had to wait on the line again for the atm?! And now have to wait 2days! For my money to be in my account and my family now has to wait for me to send them money!! They really need to hire people who will give good customer service and are very helpful to the customers!! This BOA sucks!!

Never had any issues at this location. Workers are friendly and 2 atm locations in case one is down or too busy.

Apparently the only BoA that doesn't take coins that are prerolled.
