TD Bank Pleasant Valley St, Methuen

I visited on a busy Friday, but Brandon Difo helped me right as I arrived so I didn't have to wait. He was absolutely WONDERFUL in helping me set up an account. He also gave great advice and let me know of different avenues to financially benefit with TD. Thanks Brandon!

My father and I just opened up my first bank account. We worked with Brandon DiFo and he was extremely helpful. I was very nervous, but he made it so easy and calm. He was very knowledgeable. Great experience.

I have been with TD Bank for about 3 years and never had any issues till this past week. I went to speak with Financial Service Representative ZACHARY JORDAN about an overdraft. And he offered a decline option to avoid overdraft and I agreed to do so. ZACHARY JORDAN never explained to me that this only worked with non automatic transaction and when I went to speak to him, he did not even had the politeness to say good afternoon or even to act like he cared at least a little about his job. He didn't even apologized for his mistake nor offered anything else to help me. If ZACHARY JORDAN gets to read this please let him know that part of his job is to help customers, act like he cares about them and to leave his attitude at home. And finally, I want to thank the 24 hours customer service representatives for helping me.

I go to cash my payroll check drawn on your bank and you charge me $7.00 ???? When everyone else charges $5.00 Then tell me if I put 10 dollars in your bank you won't charge me 😳 THATS BLACKMAIL and disgusting you will not get one penny from. Oh and your drive thru moves like glue 😎 HAVE A GREAT DAY !!

Just at the bank waited in line for 10 mins. To find out i have to go to customer service to open checking account.. Waited 18mins.. Some guy walks in ask the guy a question and talks him in right away. I am still waiting for service i left.. This is the worst location to go to.. They are so slow at the drive through.. Not enough help in there for a Friday.. Will not got back...

Brandon Difo is a an awesome employee! My mom was having issues with her account and immediately he calmed her down and found the solution ! Thank you for being so great, your customer service is 100%

Just got a notice that the minimum balance in my small business account which recently went up to $500 .. Is now going up to $1,500 ! or they will charge you a $25 a month "maintenance fee" ... "maintenance" ? really ? Do they take your money and clean it ? what maintenance to let you small amount of money to sit there? They did this with a prior account I had.. seldom used it.. had a couple hundred bucks in it.. well, I wasn't paying attention and month by month they took out the "maintenance fee" until they took all of it and closed the account.. Thanks TD.. I'm looking elsewhere.

They must be very stressed due to the demand on them right now, but Jennifer treated me with kindness and a level of empathy I, myself someday hope to encompass. Thank you Jennifer and team. Keep your chins up and thank you!

Very polite workers but some are very inexperienced and don’t know what are doing. I’ve been trying to get a secured credit card for two months now and still nothing, all they say is the they forgot to fill something.

This TD Bank has the best service and the most patient and helpful employees out of all of the other TD banks in the area. Thank you so very much!
