TD Bank S Main St, New City

Horrible location . First the young clerk spent over 20mins talking to a customer she knew about a reggeton concert despite four people waiting on line for help. When I finally get help the other clerk gives me my money without putting it in envelope . Unprofessional

Rude staff, and very inefficient. Noone makes any effort to help you, and when asking for helonyou get nothing but an attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch or a differnt bank all together where theybunderstand how to conduct buisness.

I keep trying to pay off my car loan's principal.. but they instead put it onto the freaking advance payment dates!!!!!!!!!!!!! This keeps on happening I'm switching onto a new bank

0/5 star rating! Checks did not clear for 2-3 weeks. Had to go into the branch to ask what the problem was. Super rude regional manager asked how/where I got my money(none of his business) I work hard for my money. Had the tellers count out my savings and left the same day, never looked back and have told everyone to avoid TD at all cost. Cause it will cost you, they hit you for every fee possible!

The people are nice and helpful. I put deposit and Liring was helping me. She is such nice person, very friendly and helpful. She is always put on her smile and say hi when I am coming to the bank. Great place to go to trust your money.

I came in with someone to open up an account. I asked to use the restroom. The banker I was with directed me to the restroom. However, the signs on both bathrooms said "employees only." The manager told me I couldn't use it! I found this incredibly rude and inconsiderate of a new customer. I'm so happy I closed my own TD bank account years ago! I'm only here to help someone else. Shame on you TD Bank! I will personally never patronize this bank again.

TD Bank in New City NY is the worst. Today is Wednesday December 8, 202. I’m in line waiting. The guy in the lobby has asked everyone behind me how can he help them and totally ignore me. The customer service sucks. They are under staff. They are not nice at all. They are the worst bank ever.

This bank is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Their lobby is constantly closed. They spelled my billing address wrong and refused to fix it in the drive thru. I keep wasting gas because they don’t fix the problem. I move every few months and they keep addresses on file that I don’t live at. I have bills to pay and they refuse to help me. They should let people change any account info online. They made me drive to another TD bank and obviously they don’t reimburse for gas wasted. Worst customer service. Not accommodating at all. I’m looking for another bank as this review posts

So many unnecessary account issues that’s is too much to type. Customer service/staff is never in the mood to help. They more or less stole all of my money in my accounts for a few days so my boss had to buy me lunch. Going to Chase. Good riddance.

Gave me a debit card with someone else's name on it after waiting a half hour to have the card replaced. How does this even happen????. Every time I come in there is a long line, the staff doesn't say hello. Definitely not the most convenient bank.
