TD Bank Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie

They are shady racist. I am white. But I have witnessed them treat people of color poorly. This is so pathetic. They have corrupt practices. I use PNC now. So far so good. Have had them for 5 years. I had an identity theft with TD bank. Though I think it’s their own people doing it. I only recouped 3 of the $4000 supposedly taken from identity theft. Yeah ok. Lesson learned.

This is the 5th time I went to this branch and it is closed when the bank is supposed to be open. No closed sign or anything. Very poor management and unprofessional tellers. Extremely dirty in the parking lot food left and trash every where. By far, the worst TD Bank branch in the DMV area. TD Bank DOES NOT value their customers. Time to make a banking change in the new year.

Went in to cash a TD bank check that was given to me as a gift. The check was less than $100. The teller states to me that because I'm not a account holder there will be a $10 fee for cashing the check. 😲WTF...I couldn't believe it. I just took my little check and left. I guess I will just deposit it in my non TD bank account.

Fake promotions. Bank Lied about bonus to open up account. Been nearly 2 years Nd I have never recieved by bonus. Customer service keeps saying will have management review but they never actually do. Stay AWAY from their offers and just take your business elsewhere.

Went to get a debit card for my wife and they gave her a card that didn't work had to go back to get it straight while the awhile looking at me with a dumb look on his face

Awful. Called ahead to be sure they had $20k on hand to purchase a car. Arrived a day later, and denied the $20k in cash. What reputable bank doesn’t have $20k cash on hand?

Went to try and get out my money I was racial profiled because I was black I wasn’t suppose to have what was in my account I went to another branch and got my money out with no problem.

Avoid this in-person assistance here if you can. I can understand waiting in line for a while if it was 4-6pm (rush hour), but on several occasions I've had to wait in line in excess of 10 minutes during midday. On one particular occasion, an employee/manager saw two of us waiting for several minutes, and walked over and said, "Did you know you can use the ATM to make a deposit?" Duh - Instead of giving us fun facts, why not just assist the sole teller behind the desk? I'll edit this review IF service improves.

This bank not only invests in corrupt organizations with your money, they employ shady people and have terrible customer service. Someone very close to me had their account hacked and they lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in their savings. This money was supposed to be used for retirement and was saved for decades, and it was all lost because I am certain that TD bank wasnt secure enough and from the shadiness of their employees, I think they probably had a hand in allowing the money to "go missing". The followup on their end continues to be terrible and has caused a great amount of stress, you have no idea. I used to have an account with them but I got rid of it promptly. My only hope is that they don't give away any of my information as well. Do not bank with this company, its not worth it. Go with a smaller bank that values you, has a secure system, and invests morally and wisely with your money.

They were awesome as Commerce, but TD bank is terrible. As soon as they took over Commerce, they have slowly crept in policy changes until this bank no longer resembles what it used to be. There's tons of fees, they've shortened their hours. They are nothing like their predecessor and snuck it in gradually. Good local staff though. Thumbs down. >=[
