I called td about a check taking long to clear and Holly got right on it. She verified that the check was good and called the other bank to speed up the process. She was very kind and fast with getting the issue resolved.

Staff has been very helpful to me in the last several weeks, especially Christine and Michelle. They are exceedingly personable and knowledgeable! I go to this branch even though Port Jeff Station is closer to my house.

Service is very short with comments. Not friendly at all. Couldn’t go in bank at 2:00 PM. Went back in car to go to drive through. When asked why the front door was closed, got a sharp answer that 3 people called off. So only drive through was opened. Just love to come back at this branch to get the warm welcome. Enough is going on in this world. I don’t need rudeness also

Went in to withdraw 10G and the manager (shes tanned and looks like the wicked witch of the west) asked me 3X why are you in rocky point (my branch is in Smithtown). I said what am I robbing this bank? I gave you all ID youve asked for. She said it was policy to ask, but 3X?? Other TD banks say different, not policy. She insisted to know why I was there so I walked out before I would commit a violent act.

went to close a business account and a personal account. The teller said he would have to send me to a bank person at a desk. He called over to the man sitting at the first desk and seemed to have a conversation about the accounts in question. He hung up and said he closed them for you, I looked over and he waived to me yes they are closed. By the way, they could care less I closed them. They never asked why and said have a nice day! I closed them because their fees are on the moon and the customer service for online banking is horrendous! Spoke to a gal named Jessica, would not say where she was from or what her function was, just told me witha disgusting attitude to go back to the branch and close them again and deal with all the fees that have accrued for them paying ach activity with no balance in the account for 2 months.! Took no responsibilty or even looked at the dates to see there was no activity for 2 months and the record shows I was in the branch on the date I said I closed them. I could go on and on! Stay away from these people, they are the lowest of the low!!!!! But FEES AS HIGH AS THE EYE CAN SEE!!!! Keep up the good work TD!! you will go down with the best of them!!

This has happened to me twice now. I go to deposit cash into the ATM at the front and it takes my cash without depositing it into my account because a bill gets stuck inside the machine and I can’t reach it to get it out. It then repurposes my card sucked into the machine for “security reasons,” won’t let me cancel the deposit or give back the card and I have to go get a whole new card and file a claim to get the money I lost back into my account. (TAKES OVER A WEEK TO GET IT BACK.) Horribly inconvenient and extremely frustrating. Seriously about to switch banks.

My experience is with the online banking service. I had an overdraft situation , made the necessary transfer and the account was charged for overdraft fees. I sent an email to customer service to explain my mistake and request a reversal of the fee. I checked my account this morning and the credits were issued. Shows great customer service ! Thank you.

Incompetent & Not Helpful When Needed Most Needed a direct contact info to the frauds department, had to visit this branch twice and was given two generic numbers that led me in circles. Unless you are depositing/withdrawing, I recommend you go to another branch for getting specific issues resolved.

Im canceling my account as soon as I get back to NY. Worst bank ever. They can’t help you with anything! What are they good for if they just tell you to call the 1888 number and those people are even worse!
