TD Bank Huguenot Ave, Staten Island

Natalie at the front desk is Exceptional, she went above and beyond for my banking needs. I'm not familiar with bank checks or the process and she walked me through and explained in detail. Extremely satisfied with her customer service. She is kind and knowledgeable one of the best tellers I have come across. Thank you !!!

This TD bank has the worst customer service, it only took my first visit here to know I wouldn’t be back. I understand everyone has bad days, but to make a customer feel like there presence for coming in is a hassle for you? And also letting all the coworkers know in front of the customer. Everyone working at the counter was rude and made comments while I was standing there. Only friendly worker was the young girl with dark hair, the rest oof. I’ll talk to my boss about taking our business elsewhere.

The crew here at this location is a million times more real down to earth people. I had really bad experience at other locations one of them on Hyln Blvd. I'm not going to type up race or color of skin words but it seems to me that is the case there. Huguenot Ave is my home base bank just out of my way. I know go out of my way to go to the Huguenot location only. I feel safe, better, and, more relaxed. so far had every issue handled in my favor with easy. Dan and the whole crew thank you. 👍

Michael is the worst rep ever. I went in there to open 2 accounts and errors after errors. 2 hours to fix his mistakes and still ended up calling customer care to fix his mistakes if he would pay attention to the clients instead of his fellow co workers he would have seen his errors and corrected them before submitting them. To him it was joke not to me.

Nice place to do your banking

I like actually hate this td bank. They are not welcoming at all and make you feel bad for coming to bring in a deposit. I have never written a review in my life. I am 24 years old and I am very understanding. But they complain that you’re there giving them deposits. They exaggerate the amount of deposits that we bring. The one older lady with the brown hair complains and is nasty to you the whole time you’re there. She told me I messed up her drawer. She dragged out my visit and if I didn’t have to go here for work I would never come here at all. I would write her name but she had no name tag. I’m very upset with my experiences here.

Blonde woman has an absolutely terrible attitude

I wasn't very satisfied with KELLY's customer service! She was working the drive threw window I went there a little before 5 to deposit money to a friends account but I didn't know the account number Kelly couldn't find it and gave up and walked away after me sending my money to her , I don't think that was right at all , she didn't communicate with me she just walked away very unprofessional . After me sitting there for a period of time I knew something wasn't right that's when her co worker explained they were closing ,

Good placed bank not normally busy any times other than the afternoon.

The staff is always very helpful.
