    The manager there was no help to me for applying for my loan. I'm for real this is the second time he offer to be a help, and I regret it each time. I paid my loan off and still got denied. I really don't understand why he didn't say.

    Usually decent service (with the exception of occasionally not returning my bank account card), but on one occasion I got in the drive-thru line shortly before closing about 6:55. The green open sign was on. I proceeded to sign my checks and add them up. I opened my window expecting to see the pneumatic tube and the door was shut. I rang for assistance several times and a lady came out of the building and informed me "We're closed". They should have assisted me, since I was in line before closing. They chose not to.

    This location is always VERY slow. I sit in line 20 minutes every time I come here. Even worse after 3pm.

    I Have been sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me. There are five people who are not talking to anyone. And yet they are too busy to come and talk to me. Very slow and very unresponsive to customers.

    After talking with the young lady at the front desk about opening a new account, I was told to sit in the lobby and someone would be out to help me. After waiting for over 20 mins, someone came out and told me they would not be able to help today because they would be closing soon. She suggested that I go to the other location/branch. No, I’ll just go to a different bank.
