    The branch on Michigan Road in Indianapolis, IN truly understands the importance in delivering excellent customer service. LaToya the branch manager and Ivonne whet over and beyond what I'm sure was required of them to help me with my predicament. Even though my transaction lasted long after the branch closing, they continued to make me feel welcome.

    No complaints. Had some missing paperwork but staff was understanding and helpful. Hard to find company in today's world that has customer service skills but trust that these employees will take the time to get it done. Thanks for great experience.

    Got my loan same day. Laytoya branch manager was very responsive to my needs. Mary who closed my loan was friendly and professional. Having done business at more than branch. I found consistency in customer from branch to branch.

    I like that this place made my loan happen, when I thought it couldn't. Walked me through the process thoroughly. Great experience with repayments. Overall good customer service but especially Latoya & Chelsey. Latoya is phenomenal with explaining options and extra relatable. Chelsey provides great follow up without making me feel pressured, which was really nice.

    I've been a customer since 2016 they have always called me back in a timely manner. They help me pay my car off sooner plus a lil extra cash in my pocket. Just went back January 31st 2022 to them to renew my loan cause my car got totalled out and they were really nice and helped me renew my loan with lower payments... I love the ppl in the office...Shout out to Latoya...thank u for always being nice and understanding...

    This branch is horrible. I've been a customer of the branch in Tennessee for 3 years. I moved to Indianapolis, so I wanted to change location and get my availability since I live here now. First I started with Becky she never returned phone called and was always busy, then they switched me to Josh same thing still waiting to switch over my account and for my availability. I work in hospitality and I know customer service is KEY. Which this branch don't have. I see that the owner only responded to positive post. Respond to negative post to help improve your customer service at your branch. I will not do business with this branch and I will not recommend anyone either. If you move to Tennessee stop by the branch in Clarksville TN on Madison Rd. Great staff and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!.
