TCM… Amazingly kind, patient, knowledgeable, personalized, and helpful staff! I don't write reviews... but feel compelled to do so for TCM. I’ve been to TCM a few times recently at a couple of their locations… shout out to Lucy with the many conversations and transactions, and Alba at the location on 1219 S 19th Ave, Phoenix; and also, Eileen at 1601 E Bell Rd A5, Phoenix! They have been so nice and helpful! Lucy and the manager, Alba, on Buckeye helped with an incredibly unique transaction and really went out of their way to help me with what was needed and to make it all happen. Other places I first called to get guidance, before calling TCM, were not willing to talk to me over the phone or give me any help at all, nor did they have good telephone etiquette. The greeting by TCM was entirely different, it wowed me! Thank you, Lucy, Alba and Eileen, for taking it a step above and beyond with your customer service! It’s hard to find this level of customer service anymore and neither I, nor my family, will EVER go anywhere else except TCM for our DMV services! Great convenience, great service! Keep up the great work! Thank you!!!

Liz and Claudia were both super friendly and helpful. Liz went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with the title. The office is clean, smells nice, and not crowded at all. So much better than the DMV, and they have lots of services to offer.

Claudia and Liz and all staff here are amazing!! Needed to get paper work done on my car I went to another place bc TCM was closed for the weekend, BIG MISTAKE! Bottom line they said they couldn’t do anything for me bc the paper work was “incomplete”. I waited til Monday and went into TCM and boom Claudia and Liz fixed everything I needed and they were done in about 20 mins. So it’s safe to say my paper work wasn’t incomplete! I will never go anywhere else if they’re closed I’ll just wait.

Issued a 90 day when there are specific policies stating what grants distribution of a 90 day permit. This business should follow policy, instead of giving permits for 1/4 of a year, and not requiring customers to register when there is clearly an AZ title.
