Went in today and was greeted as soon as I walked in by Fabio. Him and David both helped me out efficiently. Got me what I wanted. Those guys are awesome. Friendly and professional and work with you as best as they can. No complaints at all. I was very satisfied. I’d recommend checking them out.

Nope. Guys behind the counter we're not knowledgeable at all. They were looking for a "brand" on an item that just never comes with a brand claiming they "don't buy generic." These were custom, hand-forged weapons, so there is no such thing.... I'll go elsewhere. :(

Pin my review!! First I called in and Kat answered as professional as can be and instead of just saying “NO” she gave me the confidence to bring my item in and let them check it out. Also, she heard my stress and I knew she was a genuine person because she gave me some words of confidence without knowing me or my story! When I came in an hour before close it was packed and Kat walked right over to me after finishing her business. I was greeted by an awesome employee who started right away engaging me in conversation about my item. David one of the managers came and spoke to me and really took his time to listened and not just quick to tell me what I had or didn’t have. I Felt welcomed from the walk in. They listened to me and saw the value in my item and was able to make a fair deal to me! I feel blessed I stopped in here and saw Kat and David. Come in here be honest and willing to work a fair deal they will meet you where they can. This pawn shop is very helpful to get some extra cash when you're in a bind. All the employees are customer service oriented and very efficient.

This place hires con men. Sign out front says highest prices paid for gold. I went in to sell a 12.5 gram gold ring and they offered me $100. Gold is at $62 per gram. Would you call this highest price paid out? I’m sick of these businesses making false claims and ripping people off.

Being from the west valley I will go out of my way to come here. I think that means a lot considering gas prices these days. The shop is clean, well organized, and I always get helped by someone with a good attitude. That alone is enough to make me keep making the drive time and time again. Ask for David if you’re wanting the best deals!
