It's difficult for a man to stand corrected, but just yesterday I was. A couple of days ago I wrote a review about this place that discredited the owner Howard and his practices. I truly can't tell you how wrong i was. I never gave the gentlemen a chance to explain himself and for that I apologize. After visiting the store the first time I felt I was being dealt with unfairly, so I left upset and wrote a not so great review. After thinking it over for a day I called the store and spoke with Ashley who was very kind and professional and asked to come in. When I did I was welcomed in as if my family owned the place. I explained the situation that happened a day prior and she assured me that they will make things right. Unknown to me the owner Howard was there and helping another customer and once done with them he came over and introduced himself like a true gentlemen. He himself assured me that the matter would be taken care of along with a special bonus. Believe me when I say that with him coming over and introducing himself and apologizing for the prior outcome was enough, but for him it wasn’t. He went way above and beyond on assisting me and I truly want to say THANK YOU!!! You are a gentlemen beyond belief. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time. It is no wonder why everyone who has written a review has given him 5 stars for his honest dealings and his exceptional service whether it’s rendered by him or his employee Ashley who is a complete sweetheart. Once again Howard and Ashley Thank You very much for your great and exceptional service. To anyone reading this you truly would be foolish to deal with any other company but this one if you want honesty and great customer care.

I have been going there for years for my silver coins and bullion. They carry gold and silver bullion, coins and jewelry. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Their prices are fair and consistent with market trends. Easy to do business there with confidence in your purchases.

This place is great. I found them to be very honest, upfront, and very professional. with me about how everything is done and how the system works which was very important to me. You don't have to worry about buying anything here. This is not a typical pawn shop. Its clean and the people working here are great at giving outstanding service. I was in a situation where I had no choice but to take a loan out on my great grandmothers diamond necklace that's been past down from generation to generation. This necklace meant the world to me and the thought of losing it was unbearable. They knew the significance of this necklace, and even though the loan had matured, they actually worked with me so I didn't lose it! If it had been anywhere else, that necklace would have been GONE! If they made it to where you could make payments online, THEY'D BE PERFECT!!!

As my experience goes with pawn stores, this one is on a whole different level. Very rarely, did I find a store like this with people as knowledgeable about guns and coins. To be honest, I was a little skeptical walking in, but when I left, I left very happy with what I got (thanks, Daniel!). I will definitely be doing business here again soon!

Had some left over silver I didn't want. To my surprise, when I entered the pawn shop I was greeted by a clean studio atmosphere along with a nice young lady that offered me a comfy chair and bottled water for the Arizona weather. They paid reasonable price for my coins. Definitely will return.
