TCI Capital is the best factoring Company to work with. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable about the factoring business especially Jade, Ryan, Jill, and Megan. Their factoring fees and rate are very low and will get you more money in your cash reserve and refund. I was with one factoring company before swiching to TCI Capital, and I don't want to mention that company's name, but their rate and fess were very high, and I was with them for almost 4 months and never received any refund. Switching to TCI in less than a month, I received over $4000.00 in cash refund which was Wonderfull. I will definitely recommend TCI Capital to anyone.

If you are looking for a Transparent, Honest, Reliable and Fair Factoring company, TCI Business Capital is by far one of the best I have encountered. Within the last 3 month we were searching for a new factoring company and out of the 12 that we called TCI met my rigorous standards. From their Salesman Ryan, Jill The underwriter. I have to STOP here! May I add that out of the 12 previous companies we talked to, I NEVER spoke to the underwriter. They seemed to be locked in some basement. But not TCI! Jill was so motherly and caring for my situation. I couldn't believe I was talking to the underwriter. She even reviewed the entire Agreement and explained every detail of the contract. Thank you Jill for that! Again something that has NEVER been done with previous factoring companies. At some companies the Salesman didn't even know who the underwriter was not a name nothing. Not TCI they have such great communication. Each of one of them! Let me not forget to mention Angelique my Account Manager. She has a awesome personality and made my onboarding easy with TCI. Answered every silly question I had with honesty. In fact, she also explained every detail of the process with a follow up email for each conversation we had. We work closely with TCI daily. Initially we had issues, our first Ops Team past the initial setup team was difficult and unresponsive. TCI made a change to Jade’s Op Team 03 after a request and it feels like a new company. Over the past few months they have revamped their ideology and become much more customer focused. They have made tremendous efforts to assist in any way possible with cash flow solutions and customer relations. Would highly recommend.

TCI has been great for our business. We couldn’t be happier with our factoring experience. Our company has not been short on cash since we starting working with TCI.
