Purchasing a home with the Radcliffe team was one of the best decisions we could have made in this process. We contacted him prior to getting a realtor as we wanted to see what our budget was before shopping for something that we may not be able to afford. Michael was very quick to respond and not only counseled us on our budget but he spent extra time making sure we understood the different options available to us. He made an excellent referral for realtor, which ended up being a great fit for us. His team was on top of all the paperwork and answering our questions so that by the time the house closed we weren't scrambling and could just enjoy the time. Any updates he received through this process were very quickly communicated through email and/or phone so we felt like we knew what was happening each step of the way. Anytime we had questions in the process early or late in the day he quickly sent us an answer. I would highly recommend this team as they not only delivered, but did so with excellence.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Michael Radcliffe! He made it so easy to purchase a home! Not only did Michael keep up on all of the necessary paperwork but he made it simple to get our documents sent to the correct people. Michael made it great! This is the second time I have used Michael's services and he is awesome every time. Always keeps me informed, explains things so I can understand them, is so kind and professional, and I always feel like he has my best interest at heart. I work in management in the call center industry so I have very high customer service expectations and Michael always exceeds them!

I was a first time home buyer and called Michael stressed because I was under a time crunch to close within 30 days. Michael contributed to a seamless process in the following ways: -was responsive to my texts/calls, -able to close early, and -got the appraisal completed timely. My realtor and the title company gave Michael high praises and said he was really great to work with. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Michael was great to work with! We originally started with another person for several months with another company and basically had no results and wasn’t good at communicating. So we decided to go elsewhere and had been referred to Michael which I’m glad we were. He was very communicative and very helpful. Needless to say he was able to get the job done. This was by far, the very best experience in buying a home. We were in Texas for a short time- both buying (6 weeks) and selling (5+weeks) with constant issues. Michael had the work completed in 19 days- perfectly! I didn’t know about any issues because he took care of it. He made it all work and out performed the others with his knowledge and professionalism. I am so glad to be back in Arizona and thankful that Michael and his staff had our backs. Our house is great and there were no surprises; after Texas..that is a very good thing.

We had 2 options to choose a lender from, 1 was the lender from our newly built home and 2nd was Michael. We decided to go with Michael as our lender for our home loan because he is transparent and he did an amazing job. There are few things I love about him, he has so much patience, no matter how many questions or how many times I ask him questions, he takes his time to explain. His service and communication skills are very impressive and we are happy we decided to choose him as our lender. He is someone we were able to trust totally. He used to suggest and give us ideas what options we have, what happens if we go this route, what happens if we go that route etc etc.. We are happy with the decision we made.

I'm submitting my review a little late, however wanted to submit to let others know that is looking to refinance, from my first call to closing was the smoothest I've ever experienced. Michael was always available if we had questions and walked us through the process throughout.

It has been our pleasure to work with Michael! All through the process, Michael went the extra mile, we were always informed where we were in the process. He never tired of our endless questions and was extremely responsive to our needs.
