Don’t use this lender. Staff doesn’t communicate. Sent emails and they never followed up. Waiting to hear about pre approval for 7 days until I sent an email asking where we were in the process. Then stefanie said she would send quotes and never sent them. I had to continuously follow up on what was going on and where we were in the process of things. Complete waste of our time. Did not feel appreciated. They did not make moving across the country stress free in the very least. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My experience with Tara and her team was AWESOME! The process was really quick, easy and smooth. What more can you ask for. They were very helpful and very informative. When I had questions, they were quick to respond and they made sure I understood. They were always professional and caring, and for that, I am thankful. It really amaze me on how quick I was approve. Most companies take their time, but not Fairway.
