Tanya made the first time home buying process super easy, and she got us the best deal for interest rates and working with the loan company. She also was helpful in explaining what we needed to submit, and worked with us when working on submitting a document to the company and underwriter. She was responsive to any questions we had, and worked to explain the process while still hitting our deadlines on time. She even worked to ensure we closed on time, when the underwriter stated we couldn’t last minute. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for mortgage financing.

Where to start. The whole process from start to finished was the easiest home we have ever bought and this is our 4th home in 12 years.
