Dakota Community Bank & Trust State St, Bismarck

I have been banking with Dakota community bank since their first bank location opened in Mandan. I have, over time, dealt with every one of their local branch banks. I am with them today because they have always provided consistent and Ritz Carlton service. There consistent service impress’ me most.

I've been a loyal customer with Dakota Community Bank for many years and it's been my pleasure! Home loans, vehicles, insurance, short term loans and just every day banking they are the best in all aspects and you get that family feel that has been long lost these days!

I said I would give them a better review if they would update their mobile banking app (specifically for Android users), and they DELIVERED! The new app is awesome! I haven't had any issues with it and I've been using it since their update! The only complaint I have is that I've still had issues with the atms at the North Bismarck and Mandan locations. They often display errors, and it sucks to go to another atm, knowing I have to pay $3 to get cash! Other local competitors like Gate City Bank repay their customers' atm fees, but DCB still does not offer this service, even though their atm locations are very limited. It really is too bad!

Came here and had a very bad experience. Went to the teller and asked to change some things in my accounts. She said I needed to talk to another lady that was "on the phone", and that there was 1 other person waiting ahead of me. I sat down and waited for over 20 minutes, and I started to wonder if they forget about me, which they did. Eventually, another employee walked by and asked what I was waiting for, and I was finally taken to the lady I needed. After 10 minutes of talking, she said she couldn't even help me with anything. So I left angry, out of time, and I am planning to switch to a different bank that can help me that has good service.

They staff at Dakota Community Bank are very friendly, personable, and know who you are. They have a personal feel and are wonderful.
