I’m a Realtor. Buyer beware. The lender hung up on me when I asked for an estimate of cost for the client. I was Accused of trying to steal their loan. The “Approval” letter they provided is a play on words....application credit approval?? Great presentation at the beginning of the call, as soon as my questions requested actual substance, the professionalism stopped.
