    I'm writing this review from yesterday at the Rancho Location. I got in line with eight People in front of me, there was three tellers open helping the customers. I'm not sure what the issue was, but two tellers must have been new, there was a heavier white gentlemen and a white lady. Two lines werent moving and it was very irritating. The bathrooms are closed at the location as "off limits?" The only teller that had lines moving was Jose who constantly was helping customers, the line was moving at a slow pace. I looked back at the line and it was to the front door. While the tellers were working there was another lady behind at a desk just watching... this was at approximately 1:00p.m. Arrowhead can you please address issues, also if customers have to use restroom can you open the restroom back up? When I finally went to the teller Jose, he was very professional and helped me with my transaction very quick. I'm wondering why the other tellers had customers there not moving?

    "Um, can you even afford that man?" "Haha good luck." "You don't understand, so let me help you understand okay?" I can't believe you treated me like this when I was there at the bank... Im a human being just like you. I did not treat you like that, I can't believe you treated me like that, there are ways to talk to people and the way you treated me there was not right. Usually it is customers who are rude. You also continued to not acknowledge my side of the story and completely ignored what I said unlike the previous staff that listened to what I said, and helped me. If I can give a 0 star I would, but the other staff at least considered my side of the story unlike you, and you mistreated me with way you talked to me. You treated me like I was not a human being, I've never felt so humiliated and shamed in front of others

    Today around 12:55 Pm I went in to get a cashiers check for business after being told by the nice greeters at the door that I could obtain one even if I’m a member at another CREDIT UNION out of Los Angeles, CA. So I approached the window and asked the teller she then informed me that I could open a account and since it seemed as if I was in a rush and didn’t really need a new account she doesn’t think I should and it’ll be a 40 min wait. After advising the teller that it is a hassle using my current credit union all the way in LA and that I live across the street she proceeded to state that it’ll take long and that I’d need a utility bill and more unnecessary items. I informed her I have a BUSINESS AMERICAN EXPRESS and also more ELITE cards to prove I’m in good standings she looked back at her branch manager who sat directly behind her and I’ve never felt racial profiled like such in my whole life. I felt very DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. No solution no help just blank stares as if I was a fraud case!

    Hi – Credit Unions operate a little differently than a bank - we have to prove that our members live in the area we serve, and usually a utility bill is an easy way to do that. Our most sincere apology that that wasn’t explained to you. Arrowhead doesn’t do shared branching, so you’d have to be a member for us to be able to help you with a cashier’s check. We love all of our members and hope the explanation helps shed some light on why we were asking for the information.

    If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Disgusted with the customer service and the amount of respect given to members from this branch. This is the corporate location? Says a lot about this banking institution as a whole if this is the corporate office. Very unprofessional , being a member at Arrowhead has been the most unpleasant and inconvenient banking experience I have ever had. Stay away!!! I will be Closing all my accounts with Arrowhead and going to Wescom Credit Union.

    Spoke with two separate associates there in order to create an account, both told me that I had to bring proof of residence with me. I went there a few days later only for them to tell me that my parent had to create an account with them because “I was a minor.” If they’d have told me that the first time, I would have been fine with that. But they didn’t. Garbage service.

    On hold for 39 minutes and still counting.. security is so tight that even me the owner of the account can't get in... online banking is outdated and antiquated. Have to share logins with my joint owner cause their system can't have more than one and they still do not have Zelle.. if you want bad customer service, long wait times and outdated technology, this is the place for you!

    I have had accounts at other banks in the past and had horrific experiences. Those banks all ended up with class action lawsuits against them for their illegal and unethical banking practices. I have been a member of Arrowhead Credit Union for over 10 years now and they have been amazing. Even if I was having a bad day, they maintain their professionalism and get me through with a successful resolution, no matter if it was fraud on my account or a lost check, they always resolved my dilemma. I would like to thank Arrowhead Credit Union for all the years of service and look forward to many more! Thank you to the entire Team at Arrowhead Credit Union!!!

    I had a good experience until I wanted to refinance my house and I wanted help, it turns out that they did not give me any help, they wanted me to start paying my house for 30 years to lower my house payment and the 16 years I had paid was they would go to the garbage so the obvious thing was I said no and I am going to continue making an effort to pay my house. They did not help me at all and it is a nightmare to have asked them for help. In my humble suggestion do not refinance make an effort and pay your house.

    Always a good experience banking with Arrowhead but I wish they had better hours. It's 2021 not 1995. I and I'm sure many of your members would appreciate extended weekday hours. 8am-6pm or at least close an hour later. I wouldnt be mad ar you folks.

    This branch does not participate in shared branching with other Credit Unions. These places either need to participate or not. Huge waste of my time to drive here and be told that by a teller. Rancho also does not. Now I have to drive 15+miles to deposit money into my other Credit Union account. This is part of why I no longer use Arrowhead and went back to my old bank that isn't even in California. Sad that they are better and easier to deal with and they aren't even within a 1000 miles of me.
