Nobody will answer the phone at any location....and yes, I've been trying periodically throughout the day for 2 days... and no, I didn't leave a message. I've left message before and when the call-back comes, I'm busy working and can't answered. I'M THE CUSTOMER and all I needed is my monthly payment coupons mailed,,, initially, Janet P. at the Crawfordville location said she would mail 3 weeks ago. When I didn't receive, I called and emailed Janet with no response or reply. Now, over a 2 day period, I've been calling to request my payment coupons and no one will answer the phone at any of the 3 locations... UNBELIEVABLE!! Today, I will drive 20 miles one-way, go thru the drive-in window since the lobby is still closed and get my payment coupons. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If I could give this bank no stars I would. The worst bank you could ever do anything with. I can’t even understand why they are still in business. They never answer the phone system is ALWAYS DOWN. There COVID measures were horrible. Employees have a 3rd grade education and are very rude. I would not recommend this bank to my dead dog. They are just the worst.

Tyler and Margaret are two of the hardest working and most diligent people i have ever met. They continue to go above and beyond what is required of them and their attention to detail cant be overstated. Each time i have worked with them it has been a pleasure in an otherwise stressful situation. Whatever you are paying them, it isnt enough.

I Love the Tallahassee Leon Federal Credit Union. All of the employees are super nice and patient. A Special Hats Off to Tyler Wright. What a wonderful experience it is always to see your pleasant face. You make our day....

1) No one ever answers the phone when you need to speak to an actual person 2) the ATM runs out of $$ and you have to go inside anyway (hopefully it runs out of money during 9-5 hours) 3) Setting up bill-pay is just about impossible unless you can remember who the first loan company that you ever used 20+ years ago (School loans, etc) was, and we all know they change hands throughout the years multiple times. Other banks make it very easy. All in all--- a very poor experience, and will be changing institutions very shortly

I have been with this credit union over 10 and they are always messing something up with your personal information or account. The staff on appleyard is horrible especially Jordan Jones. If you need to speak to someone over the phone you will need to call at least 30 times and leave a message. Management upholds bad customer service too. I would NOT recommend doing business here at all.

I'd like to leave this positive review exclusively and only for Branch Mgr. Tyler Wright. If the entire staff were to follow the customer service oriented qualities and direction from Tyler, the Main Branch in Tallahassee would possess and enjoy the fruits of having a stellar reputation! Well, I'm happy to report that my most recent experience at TLFCU left me feeling thrilled and satisfied as a customer, all thanks to Tyler. Please keep up the fine work, Tyler! ED

My Experience with Tyler Wright was Awesome!!! I felt like I've known him for years... He made me so comfortable no matter what questions I had or didn't understand! Thanks Tyler for Just being you!!

This is the worst bank! I've tried calling them for 5 different issues I've had in the last 6 months. Each time using their dial by name directory just trying to get a human. Over 100 extension I have not gotten ahold of 1 person. And the drive thru @ Cap Cir. there's just not enough space to tell that fiasco Except he said he was on the phone with a customer hahahahaha that's a lie. Just done!!!

I have been trying to reach this branch for 3 days now. I've been on the phone over an hour each time waiting for someone to pick up. No luck. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. EVER. If i could give 0 stars i would.
